Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Fort Erie/Garrison road on May 17th, 2024, at approximately 11:45 AM. During my visit, I encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed.I approached a member of your staff to inquire about the contents of the souvry pastry. The staff member, who appeared to be of Asian descent, responded with "I don't know." Despite this, I decided to purchase a pastry. Unfortunately, she quickly placed it in the microwave for only one second to warm it up, which did not seem adequate.Moreover, I was given the wrong pastry. When I returned to address this mistake, the staff member did not apologize and merely handed me a different pastry. As a customer, I expect that staff members are knowledgeable about the products they are selling and that they provide courteous service.I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that staff members are properly trained to know the details of your products and to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope to see improvements in the future.

Place has really gone down lately I have moved out of the area and used to go here daily, this weekend I stopped in to grab a treat, unless you have a 4x4 don't expect to navigate around all the pot holes the driveways is a disaster, once I received my order and left I had to try my coffee, wasn't even close to what I ordered....service was slow and staff unfriendly I will not return to this location.

I feel horrible because the people working are always the nicest and the service is always good, but I don’t think I’ve ever received the right coffee order here. I’m not sure if your cream and sugar dispenser are different than other Tim Hortons, or maybe they need an inspection. I cannot understand why it’s made wrong every single time at this location.The coffee today had curdling cream.

I feel like my orders are rushed because they are. Constantly understaffed so I feel bad for the workers who are friendly despite the pressure they can be under. Food is as expected. Drive thru needs to be cleaned way more frequently.
