All I asked was a XL Steeped Tea & an extra cup for ease to drink. Firstly the tea was terrible, I don't understand how could you go wrong with the basic menu item. On top of this, they refused the extra cup & wanted to charge extra for it. I've asked this multiple times at other locations but never had this issue. Definitely NOT going back here though it's conveniently located.

As with all Tim Hortons, the food is great, the coffee is fantastic and there prices are quite reasonable. I hope they open more locations in the Norfolk area.

I used to give this place the best review... I'm absolutely not sure what's happening here anymore. And it's not just this place but all the other Tim Hortons as well. Horrible service and the food quality has gone right down the drain.

Staff is ok. Food is what you expect.
It's busy, but the staff work real hard at getting what you need.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. My order was completely mishandled the food was soggy, tasted stale, and overall felt like a waste of money. Instead of receiving an apology for the incorrect order, I was asked to pay again for items I never ordered in the first place, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
Proper customer service should involve taking responsibility and resolving the issue, not making the situation more difficult for the customer. This visit was both frustrating and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

We ordered four to five items the hashbrown was soggy and taste expired when we ask them to change this one they again give us the same which we have to throwh out in the garbage. Secondly we ordered cheese garlic bread and she give me garlic and herb pastry instead of committing a mistake she was asking to pay for another whyyyy to pay if we ordered garlic bread ? Whole mess with order will never coming again.....

I like visiting this Tim Hortons. The staff, service and food are all great. Plus their level of service is consistently high over time.
However, I periodically experience problems when attempting to use their WiFi connection. This only happens at this location. At the other Tim Hortons in Fort Erie, close to City Hall, I have no problems.
Likewise, at other places in both Fort Erie and Niagara Falls (for e.g. McDonald's and A&W, etc), I never have a problem, automatically connecting my Tablet via WiFi.
The issue is sporadic. The Tablet that I am using is fairly new, so I am reasonably certain that the issue potentially relates to your router.
