When did customer service disappear? We were at the Tim Hortons in Fort Erie and they argued about how to order my cofffee. Then they gave us the wrong food. We will never ho back there

The manager knew what she was doing, but no one else did... Seemed like they were all new, she had to stop and tell all of them what to do, repeatedly, which caused a hold up as a line of people gathered, waiting for someone to come back to the cash, while machines needed tending to, and the drive-thru continued.
My biggest complaint is not specific to this location, but the way all Tim Hortons now have these big TV screens, where most of the time you cannot...

Canadians always rave about TH's but I'm not sure why. The coffee was okay but not special. No gluten free options. Most tables were dirty, floors were dirty, there were many flies and wasps inside the store. Bathroom sink clogged with standing water. I would not recommend or return however the service was excellent.
