Sprinkle stressed out. My three year old niece excited for an ice cream cone date and then noticing she wants sprinkles, so fun!. The woman sternly telling us it’s against store policy to be on a cone they must be in a cup. I explained “sure! I will purchase them in a cup and I myself as a grown adult will bring them outside for her cone she will then eat them outside” She just kept repeating herself over and over that it’s against store policy due to children dropping them on ground or dumping cups of sprinkles on the ground? and “she can’t! She can’t”!! It was such a weird interaction that I was trying to understand the logic of under the circumstances. Forget the sprinkle rules, this woman’s communication with us that felt rather assertive to an unreasonable point almost as if she was taking her sprinkle stress out on us. Like.. what just happened. Ice cream is good though, just don't ask for sprinkles or else.

Best ice cream in Niagara Region
The ice cream was delicious and it is made on site. I got the creme brulee and the biscoff which were both very good. They are reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. There a few tables inside to sit and some benches outside. They also have toppings but the ice cream was good enough without them. They do ice cream, milkshakes, and espresso/coffee. They also have some prepacked tubs you can buy.
Vegetarian options: All vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: No specific kids cup but they have single scoop options which I think is good
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor and completely flat

Took my nieces and nephews for ice cream while visiting Fort Erie as most of my friends highly recommend it as best in town. The service threw me off and I didn't order anything for myself because the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I am not sure what the problem with the older lady is but maybe she shouldn't work the cash register. I just feel like she was just racist towards me and my mixed nieces and nephews and it was totally overt racism and not a misunderstanding.

I’ve been going here since they’ve opened and usually the service is 10/10. But twice this summer I’ve been served by an old lady and both times she was extremely rude and racist. The 1st time I chucked it up to her having an attitude because it was so busy but I went back a 2 weeks later when it was dead and her attitude was the same. It wasn’t until a white family walked in behind us and her attitude completely changed that I realized she just didn’t like us. If I didn’t have my nieces with me, who we’re excited to try their ice cream, I would’ve left without buying anything.

Ice cream was good, but service was terrible. I don’t if there’s a slight racism problem going on there but my family and I walked in very kindly just looking to buy some ice cream. While we were being served my younger cousin asked to try a flavour and she was told no. We saw a large stack of spoons, but we were still told no??? The older woman serving us was very dismissive and it felt like she was trying to rush us out. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem.
