This store is completely filthy, the franchise should come and take a look, bathroom is shared and looked like had poop on the walls and has not been properly cleaned in months, same with the entire store, buffalo chicken sandwich had cold breaded chicken.not a good look

Tried this location for breakfast and it was terrible. The service was very very slow, the 2 country wraps had cold hash browns and not sure if the sausage was safe to eat. My husbands bacon, egg and cheddar on English muffin was equally as bad. The English muffin was burnt and the bacon was raw looking. He did not eat it. I will update if we get food poisoning, fingers crossed we don't.

One lady running the counter at the country style. They store their iced coffee pre made in a BUCKET. A bucket…. That’s disgusting. Then the place is so dirty and unkept. The bathroom is also disgusting, which is crazy because it’s always dead. They clearly never clean.
The bagels are stale, so that was also gross.

This place used to be so good, but now you order something and get something completely different. Also the iced coffee is trash now at this location. I miss the old employees that were super sweet and caring. Now it’s just run by people who don’t care about customer experience. :(

They only have one person working the entire store..trying to run the gas station and the Country Style. She not changing her gloves when she goes to press buttons at the gas station and return to making orders. She is running drive through orders through, after taking us inside. She ran two cars through and when we argued saying she should focus on our order, considering we were there so long, She argued. This location needs more employees.

Country style has ZERO quality control! Our kids ordered water plash from The Hwy 28 location and immediately after their 1st sip bot kids comment this tastes like beer, I tried a sip to see what they were talking about and Immediately could taste the fermentation and how off it was. Storing drinks in juice jugs with no dates and anyone's guess as to how old it is gross. Stale stale baked goods at most locations.

I used to love going there and getting there BLTs on their jalapeño bagels. But since they’ve had new workers there, I literally only get LT with no B they’re literally has no bacon ever on them. There’s like one piece that goes across the whole thing I used to love going there and getting them because there was always so much nice pieces of bacon on there and now they’re just like every other place one piece of bacon slap on the rest of it push it together. I will never go back there and buy another sandwich from there again

If half a star was possible, it would have been given. Sat in the drive thru for 13 minutes Sunday morning to be asked at the window what it was we ordered. Through this we sat at the window for 5 minutes without being acknowledged.
Croissants that are definitely older than a day or two bagels that come out burnt incompetent staff ever since they changed ownership
