Pizza Dove feels like it’s stuck in the past. The place hasn’t changed in years…from the decor to the menu, everything feels old and tired. Could really use a refresh to keep up with today’s standards. Not the same vibe it used to have.

pizza dry, been sitting for hours, didn’t even warm up the slice , got it cold, and she put my step daughters slice on the same plate , not on its own plate, as well as i asked for hers to be cut into 4 and she ignore me customer service awful, slow and the girl working doesn’t know her job, she shouldn’t be left alone… wanted deep fried pickles (on the menu) she couldn’t find the button so had to get dry pizza that’s been sitting there .. waste of $18
oh and debit doesn’t work had to pay at the gas station side of the store…
only good this is the creamy garlic sauce - because that never changes.

Why are gas station workers working at the pizza pizza ? Are they organized and up to date with everything that’s going on ? No is the awnser. Bought a pizza and wings with a gift card and they somehow couldn’t figure it out , then proceeded to give me a dipping sauce that was expired on January 10th 2025. These people are completely pathetic and it needs to be shut down.

They absolutely destroyed the half I asked for olives. Terrific. Ordered a side of curly fries and it was a disgusting oily mess

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service at this On the Run location with Pizza Pizza and Country Style! The lovely family who owns it went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. We placed a massive order of 18 extra-large pizzas, and not only was every single pizza perfect, but they also delivered them piping hot and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the care and dedication they put into their work. Their genuine hospitality is unmatched—I will gladly go out of my way just to support this location. It’s rare to find such heart in a business these days, and they have certainly earned a lifelong customer in me!

The first couple times we ordered it was fantastic. Love having another pizza option close to home. However the last time we ordered, our order was wrong and when confronted the workers stated it was not wrong and did nothing to make it right.We also stopped in for slices recently and the person working charged us for 2 slice combos (which is what we ordered) and 2 slices. We only got 2 slice combos. They charged us 24$! We were outraged and when my husband tried to explain that we were over charged they stated they did not make a mistake, printed a receipt and threw it away. I'm sad to say that I likely won't be returning anytime soon and will be going to another pizza place in the future.
