“Visit this location regularly as it’s on my route to work. Usually get breakfast which is always good. But, I stopped once to get dinner and they definitely dropped the ball.. I asked specifically for extra lettuce and this is what I got. I personally didn’t think it was that difficult of a request.“

“Food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes they have a line up , but it's because they're so popular. Staff is always friendly and personable. I often have different requests and they accomodate with a smile. Perfect for those quick lunches or snacks while visiting the mall. A favourite with the kids as well.“

“Food was way better last time I tried this place about 4 years ago. To be honest it wasn't bad either but its not what it was that's for sure. Staff was very nice and was even playful with my 4 year old. I do think that the place is run down and needs maintenance now though.“

“The manager, I believe his name is Robert is outstanding super friendly I could hear him encouraging and supporting his team through out my whole meal in the restaurant. he took my order with a big smile and made sure everything was perfect could not ask for a better manager and it’s like that every time I come have lunch highly recommendedThanks for the great service“

“This particular subway is a diamond in the rough. I work very close and go here often, however, when I go to any other subway, the food quality changes big time.To make it even better, the staff pay close attention to my order and remember my preferences and what I like. They even call me by name.There are really no other Subways in town that even come remotely close to the quality of food, quality of service, and just the all around good vibes this restaurant puts off.The owner is there often, and he is also pleasant and professional.Keep up the great work.“

My family and I have been patronising Thomeycakes since 2016 and they've always delivered value for money. Our 'Thomas and friends' themed cake impressed our guests at my son's birthday. “I have been to a lot of Subways in the City but I find the one at Lasalle and Diane St is by far the most friendly one and the freshest one I get the same sub all the time. I have gone to another one and will never go back there not only was the staff rude the sandwich I got at the end of the day was not all that fresh. I always order the cold cut.“

“Have only had good experiences at this A&W, the staff are amazing which makes the dinning experience all the better and the food is the standard A&W quality.It doesn't matter how busy it is, I am always pleased with the customer service from the staff, they are understanding and will take their time with a customer if needed.This place is a little further but I prefer this location within Sudbury.Vegetarian options: They have the beyond burgers which you can remove toppings if need beKid-friendliness: It's a burger joint so of course it's kid friendly. The staff is amazing as well which makes the dinning in experience with kids enjoyable“

“Service was ridiculous tonight. Our burgers and fries sat under the heat lamp while the server took his time serving his co worker who wasn't currently working. Someone needs to crack the whip a little more on their employees. Our food wasn't that great and it usually is. Dont go on the weekends. Weekdays are better. Just saying.....“

“Edit : Improvements have been made! If they stay consistent I’ll 5 star my review!Food is generally great when made properly. The only complaint I have is that everything is shoved in the middle of the sub instead of on each side as to ensure the distribution of produce and meat are equal along the whole sub. Lately I’ve been getting subs that have everything placed in the middle which makes it a pretty bad experience. Please train the staff to put a sub together properly. My review will change to 5 star if things improve. Thanks :)“

“10 of 10 great experience ordering here the staff are very friendly listen to all requests and did not give me a hard time regarding my medical exemption for masks it means a lot to me when someone respects boundaries and personal safety so I would love to commemorate the staff for being exceptional!!I would like to add on to this review every time I've been here I've been greeted with nothing but courtesy and the utmost customer service these individuals work hard and deserve the best“
