I am very disappointed in this Subway Location. I ordered a Bourbon Steak and Cheese sub on Toasted Italian Herb and cheese bread. My sub was made on white bread and not toasted at all. I also paid for extra crispy onions and bourbon sauce but got no crispy onions and a dry sub. If you're looking for a good sub then please choose a different subway location.

Went in on June 19th at 10:45 PM to get a meatball sub. Was told it was closing as he was training a new hire. The same blond hair employee today told me at 10:15 PM that he was closing because he had exams tomorrow. I drove to Lasalle Sudway to get a sandwich.

Placed an online order for 3 meatball subs and a ham, drive 15 minutes to the store to be told that they cancelled our order because they didn't have the ingredients at 6:30pm. And then be told refund will take up to 5 days, another place where customer service has gone out the window.

It WAS SO DIRTY when I went in. Garbage overflowing, employee was unkempt. Food wasn't great. It was great before - current meal today - HORRIBLE! No Pico de Gallo nor salsa on this part. Just gross.

This location has really taken a down turn. Huge turn over in employees. Scrimping on topping and mains. Today I watched my order being put together by a trainee and no supervision warmed up half the usual amount of steak. Had to let them know it’s two scoops not one. Then I watched the other person having a bag of chips putting the chips in their mouth fingers and all then turns to grab the wrap for my subs and napkin without having washed his hands. Needless to say I spoke up. Where has common sense gone. This use to be my usual subway. Not anymore.

Really disappointed with the direction subway is going. 10$ 6inch subs? It's a slap in the face!Only gave a 3 star because they still have their old under 6$ 6 inch subs.

I work very close and get lunch very often and every time I come in the older lady who works the day shift always tells me I have to wait 10 15 mins before she can serve me today was the 3rd time in two weeks due to her having to cook bread for the store I had to wait if you can’t serve food in a timely manner in a mining community you shouldn’t be in business just saying
