The manager full blown argued with me about how he made my coffee. He said "I used oat milk" which he didn't. Then made me a new coffee, which is great, and it tasted TOTALLY different.
I went back in to tell the MANAGER it was totally different and the second time made properly. He proceeded by elevating his voice, when 5 customers were present, and stated "I MADE THE COFFEE MYSELF WITH OAT MILK THE FIRST TIME. HAVE A GOOD DAY!"
I'll forever boycot the Garson Tim Hortons.
Incredibly unprofessional. If only this "manager" had professionalism.

Absolutely terrible staff. I'm the only customer and it has often taken near 5 min to get served. I got served a donut with a long dark woman hair across it and was told it must have been mine. Last night I go to walk in and buddy sees me comming and hustles to lock the door in front of me still 10 min until lobby close while another staff member laughs sitting at a table. THAT level of disrespect is unacceptable anywhere.
It's always months between my visits as it always a bad experience. After last night I'm just not going here anymore, neither should anyone else.

2nd time this week that I have driven away only to find out items I've paid for missing from the order. Not wasting my money or time going to this location again. A 15 min wait in drive thru to not even get your entire order is pretty pathetic.

Probly the worst Timmies in Sudbury next to the one Downtown. Service is probly mediocre at best and 9x out of 10 your order will be wrong. A SELECT few of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Also they are open 24hrs but will choose to clean the hot chocolate machine almost EVERY time between 7-8pm daily so have fun getting one between those hours. I've given up on this Timmies entirely because there's literally no hope with it.

This place is a complete disaster… wanna wait 30 plus minutes for a simple bagel? They got you covered! You’re in a rush? Don’t worry they will sit there and talk about there day off rather then actually working and then just to top everything off when you finally get your bagel guess what completely burnt exactly what we want! Seriously do yourself a favour and skip this location you’ll thank me in the long run

Horrible, rude, immature staff at the drive thru windows who find it appropriate to laugh at you and make comments under their breathe as you drive away, simply because you had to check your order because the person taking orders couldn't figure out how to properly TAKE the order.
Then the manager hangs up on you when you call..
1/10 wouldn't ever go there again. Beware of their horribly trained staff.
Ordered a double double made with milk and a bagel with cream cheese, my coffee was handed to me and was made with cream so I mentioned it has cream when I asked for milk. As I’m not able to digest cream due to the lactose content. So I asked if it could be fixed and instead the manager gave me my money back… then I asked why turn down a customer and business ?… just fix my coffee and that’s it. … so I left without a coffee and went to another location to get my coffee. Horrible service here

We were served our sandwiches but not our coffee. We had to wait a few minutes before we concluded they forgot our drinks. One of the sandwiches had an egg shell in it ? Workers were nice though.
