Don't trust this place with your lunch break, Took over 15 minutes to get a sandwich through the drive thru, they gave it to someone else so I had to go in and ask for it, and it wasn't even put together right when I got it

Hello, I would like to write about my recent experience at Tim Hortons in Garson, Brittany was exceptional and consistent and fast with my order. Also Lynn was helping with orders and she also was doing amazing! The place was clean and fast service, also my bagel I've ordered was perfect as well. I would definitely go back in the future.

I want to appreciate Nikhil for his excellent customer service at Tim Hortons. He greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was correct. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made my visit very pleasant. It’s always nice to see staff who truly care about their customers—thank you, Nikhil!

Slowest drive thru on the planet. If you need coffee, but also have to be somewhere on-time, DO NOT go here.

There was one person working at the front cash and about five people working at the drive thru window. The lineup for in store orders was almost to the door. The five other staff members stood around and watched the their colleague rush around by herself trying her best to serve one customer at a time as quickly as possible in this large lineup. Another customer very loudly asked the other staff members if the woman at the cash register could get some assistance. The staff members turned and looked at the woman, then turned back around, ignoring the request and continuing to stand around. Some staff members then retreated to the back employee area so as to hide. After a few more minutes of watching the in store lineup of customers grow with still no one helping out up front, I decided to speak even louder and request that another employee help the poor staff member up front. Again, the request went ignored. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told “There is no manager here today.” I then asked if there was a phone number to reach the manager at, and one staff member named Nithika replied “Ask her” and pointed to the sole employee who was busy running the front cash. I asked Nithika why she couldn’t give me the manager number. She began to verbally abuse me. After finally getting my order she stared at me giving me a dirty look. I stared back at her. She yelled in front of the store for me not to stare at her. This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at any location. I after this experience think it’s time to finally move away from buying at Tim Hortons. I may only be one customer, but between all four family members who get Tim Hortons daily, it will slowly add up by doing our part to boycott this chain. I strongly encourage others to do the same. Tim Hortons is clearly heavily hiring one cohort of the population to pay them less and it has shown in the awful service and rude and lazy employees that they now hire. I might add that most locations are understaffed because they still make record profits. Shame on you Tim Hortons. You no longer represent the Canadian brand you once did.

Morning shift never makes coffee right and always forgets to stir. The line up is always long even when it's a few cars. Friendly staff though.

Had a chance to visit this tims today. I'm very pleased with the service. My order was accurate and served hot. The staff is very polite and the store was super clean. Must visit.

Slowest drive through. Any other time Hortons serves their customers in a fraction of the time you wait here. Most the time its faster to drive past it to new sudbury.
