I am not impressed with the Garson location. This is twice now my burger was cold the fries barely warm. Staff was friendly but the food was not so great. I won't be returning here. I'm a senior and I think I really deserve a little better.

Went through drive thru and not gonna lie I go there just to see the lady manager that works there Mon..Tues ..wed night...she is the friendliest..funniest...lady I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant...even when u can tell she is having a long day she still manages to make me laugh and give me the best service

visited Garson On Wendys location..ordered Dave burger meals. Burgers were great but fries had way way too much salt. 😫 Please put less salt on fries 🍟 and provide salt packets to customers who want more. Thank

The only issue I have is we sometimes get shorted one or two nuggets from our kid's meals .. which normally isn't an issue but you only get four nuggets to begin with. So only getting two or three when you pay for four is a bummer. Other than that the staff are amazing, the service is usually super fast and the manager is amazing.

Got a breakfast baconator combo, with chocolate frosty-chino, seasoned wedges and the Cinnabon pull apart. Everything was great, tasted as expected. Staff was friendly and efficient, service was fast! I didn't eat the Cinnabon until a few hours later but 10-15 seconds in the microwave made it like fresh again.
Grabbed a late lunch around 2pm today, they didn't even ask what I wanted blankly stared at me I placed my order for a #7 crispy chicken, they didn't ask if I wanted a meal just punched in a meal, didn't ask if I wanted spicy or regular. I used the washroom which the floors looked like they haven't been properly cleaned in a long time, to come out expecting my order only to be asked do I want crispy or spicy, I said crispy the attendant looked annoyed and was like it's gonna be a 4 minute wait, I waited, watched my burger sit for what seemed like forever on the counter to only sit down with my bag , to have cold Fry's with my burger. That location used to be better ..... I will note it was not busy at all
