The older blonde gentleman working the drive-thru window is incredibly rude and doesn't belong in customer service. He was also yelling at other employees. I won't return to this location and I feel bad for anyone who has to work with him.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-through and ordered two combos along with some extra items on the side. Instead of being charged for combos, I was charged separately for each item, which made the order more expensive. When I questioned this at the window, I was told everything was correct, even though it clearly wasn’t.

I then had to wait more than five minutes for fries. On the way home, my son noticed that items were missing from one of the meals I had purchased for someone else. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know, but instead of addressing the missing food, I was told they would “take care of me next time.” I explained that I needed the missing items that day, not later. While I was still speaking, they hung up on me—even though I was calm and simply explaining the situation.

When I returned to get the missing food, the experience got worse. One staff member at the window was polite, but when I tried to explain the missing items and incorrect charges to the supervisor, she insisted that I “wanted it that way” (being charged separately) when I had clearly asked for combos. Another employee then stood directly beside her, staring at me silently in an intimidating way while I was trying to explain. This made the interaction feel very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I am not impressed with the Garson location. This is twice now my burger was cold the fries barely warm. Staff was friendly but the food was not so great. I won't be returning here. I'm a senior and I think I really deserve a little better.

Went through drive thru and not gonna lie I go there just to see the lady manager that works there Mon..Tues ..wed night...she is the friendliest..funniest...lady I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant...even when u can tell she is having a long day she still manages to make me laugh and give me the best service
