It's your Tim Hortons equivalent. This store had some different varieties of food such as veggie, chicken samosas but most of the other food items were donuts, muffins, brownies and pastry puffs. They had hot chocolate, coffee including French vanilla, tea. Washroom was decently clean. But the store could use a sweep (there were food crumbs lying around near the couches and we couldn't sit in that area. Seems like they have Spice Pumpkin coffee during Fall.

Food and coffee were ok, but guy behind the counter is a scam artist, just takes your cash and makes up a number and then doesn't deliver the order, I think he's skimming the cash register. Then asks to pay for items again, be careful. Sign says $4.89 for western sandwich but he charges $7.99.

Have decent egg salad sangwiche. Bread was very nice. Happy Chap served me. I'd stop in again.
I would not suggest this as a clean and kind shop. Garbage over flows and he blames you when it spills over. Floor and environment dirty. Instead of making suggestion on how to deal with something he doesn't like he shouts and tells people "what are you stupid?" Not me but sad.
Not sure how the coffee time corporate stands for it.

VERY bad customer service, was asking questions about menu & was given lots of attitude. Wanted to order a Small iced coffee, as advertised & the man who im assuming was the owner, has spoke to me with tone saying that they donāt have small cups, i proceeded to ask if he could use a Medium cup and only poor a small cup portion of iced coffee, he continued giving me attitude so i went ahead and just got a medium coffee.As i was sitting i noticed a pile of little bugs on the floor under my table which seriously grossed me out, clearly they dont keep up on making sure the place is tidy, which is gross because i dont want to see a pile of bugs as i eat.I had ordered a veggie samosa and it tasted very stale and old as if its been sitting out for days i didnāt even finish it.I also witnessed the owner being VERY rude to another customer in front of me, the older man was asking about something advertised on their menu (he is older so maybe he doesnt have the best eye sight) the man working there was speaking to him in a very condescending tone and telling him to āRead the menuā after he asked a question.
