I’ve always been basic in getting a subway melt.. turns out they changed the name of it to charge $5 more than before! Went to the keswick one a week before and it was $7 less!! Will always love their food but I’m getting sick of them changing the menu to charge more when I asked why they said “because u have 3 meats” but I’ve always gotten 3 meats and it’s been 12 for the sub and combo! Sad to say but I’ll be eating there less due to price :(

Literally the worst sub way we have ever been to! I ordered a salad and it was a quarter full and when I asked for more dressing after he just drizzled it over he rolled his eyes at me. They are the chinsiest subway ever ! My kids and husband got next to no toppings on their subs aswell! And they spoke in their own language the whole time we ordered! Very disappointed and will not ever be back

I once ordered 2 rice bowls online for pick-up. The staff did not follow the instructions properly (i.e., added tomatoes when not chosen, did not add cheese when chosen, etc.)

Horrible hygiene. My server sneezed near the food and immediately began making my sub. That same sub made me feel bloated and sick after and currently has my boyfriend throwing up and sick.

I was at the Sutton location this morning and ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I was told by the employee that technically they weren’t allowed to put any vegetables on egg sandwiches. He would put 2-3 options maximum. It was really bizarre I’ve been ordering egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches for years at various subway locations across the country and I’ve never heard this rule. In the end he put whatever I want it on the sandwiches reluctantly. They ended up being really good but I don’t think I’m gonna go back to that location again. If this is not a rule the staff there should be trained to know otherwise. I search the Internet and I didn’t find that rule anywhere in regards to Subway. In fact it said you pay extra for me to put vegetables are.unlimited.
