Rock Cut Variety & Grocery

The Rockcut is my saving grace from a longer trip into town. They have many grocery items from dried goods to locally sourced meat, dairy and household staples too. Lots of treats like Kawartha Dairy, fresh baked goods (that are becoming infamous around here) and have been growing to serve locals more convenience, like propane. Thank you Mark! If you haven't popped in to sign the petition for the Rockcut to sell LCBO items, please do! Super convenient location! But above all else, the staff, in particular Miranda, is friendly, efficient and super helpful...above and beyond. Love having the Rockcut as my local store.

Prices are high but has everything you need. Super helpful and needed in this area.

Not open till 7:00 traveling a half hour needing food closed . Nobody came to door,, up the road they'll come and open up for you! seast

Very friendly! Always expanding to bring more to their customers. The additions this year are great! They now have propane filling at a very reasonable price! The new veggie stand and firewood are great additions!

Growing in selection, Rock Cut has fresh produce, fresh baked goods (from the restaurant just downstairs) & a nice person working the cash. The prices are a bit high but the name is perfect & I want to go back for pizza in the restaurant someday - have you had it?

This new grocery story is an amazing new store. Don't waste your time going to the one down the street on the 62. The owners are wonderful, very helpful, prices are excellent and the meat is to die for. The owners really take their time chatting with you to make sure you find everything you need and answer all your questions. This little store is a wonderful asset to the Gilmour community. Keep up the great work and we definitely will be telling everyone about you.

Great little place, the shop had a bit of everything and the baked goods are fresh and delicious. The hot dogs and sausages were fantastic.

Very friendly staff! A pleasure to visit. The variety store prices are better than the competitor up the road. Can't wait for the restaurant to open again so I can try the pizza and wings!Mark and Tracey are really trying to make something special for the community and those who are just passing through.

Most disappointing visit. Fries cold and limp, coke flat...meal very disappointing.

The sandwiches are fantastic can’t wait to try the pizza, the staff are outstanding and I can’t rave enough about the sweets awesome
