Great prices and great food still working my way throught the 7 options that I like. Fish is great, canzone is amazing I will probably get that again next time had the fish twice. And one other thing but I do not remember but all have been great so far.

First time trying this restaurant well out on an afternoon drive with my Dad. At first the waitress was a bit cold towards us but quickly warmed up and apologized as she was called into work two hours early for birthday parties. The food was good especially the fries, gravy, coleslaw and homemade cream of vegetable soup. The fish was ok very greasy! The restaurant isn’t anything rave home about inside but would definitely go back again to try the breakfast buffet.

Ketchup tasted like bourbon, obviously rotten. The kitchen wench shouldn't be allowed to enter the dining area. Frozen boxed burgers have no business being $10. The next time I want food like that I'll head on down to the free lunch for the homeless

Grilled Cheese was burnt on the edges and they are too cheap not to use processed cheese. Food was meh. Waiter was rude and condescending- is it because my husband is chinese? She was awful, she was even saying out loud how she didn't want to take any more customers in and shut off the light at the front. I began to tell her my order and she said "wait I'm not done" in a tone of a teenager who doesn't want to talk to her parents with a smirk and I found it condescending because I couldn't even finish the sentence- just be patient. Ive never seen a waitress add up my order at the front of a restaurant. She wouldn't survive in a restaurant that requires you to be on the ball and there weren't many customers. She's too soft if she can't even handle this small amount of customers on a civic holiday. I'd love to send her to a Chinese factory and see how long she would last. Not long- too soft. Also those nose chains don't impress me or surprise me, maybe a tattoo across your face? Actively complaining about customers walking in. I wasn't sad but just like wow embarrassing. She must be the owners grand daughter or something cause she definitely has no people skills and if she was in the places I grew up talking like that she wouldn't last.

A nice little town eatery. Great food and quick service. Accomodated a birthday cake. I'm not sure how to pay. Asked, and everyone had to go to the counter to pay. Older chairs and tables.

First time at Palace Restaurant. Tammy handled our group of 25 efficiently and professionally and was a lot of fun as well. Food was outstanding!!! My Greek omelette was delicious and home fries were perfection. Everyone seated with me enjoyed their menu selections. Decor is dated but still pleasant and very clean. I highly recommend the Palace Restaurant in Glencoe. I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you Tammy for excellent customer service.
