I just had the worst pizza I've ever got from Pizza Picasso.
For what they charge I expect the same good quality on every visit. I won't be back

The pizzas are spot on every time, theyre not you franchise made and weighed ingredients, simply a handful of this and handful of that and fresh ingredients too. They know their pizzas and im thankful theyre local.

They were closed at least 10 minutes early and not answering their phone. Being on the road, I left ordering till late because I did not know if I could make close.

Food tastes like the pizza that my grandfather from Italy would make and I felt like family walking in there. Definitely going again when I'm in the area!!

This place is top tier and there's nothing else that compares unless you travel at least 30 minutes away!

I want to share some constructive feedback based on my experiences with Glencoe Pizza Picasso. While I appreciate having a local pizza place in town, I’ve consistently encountered issues that I feel should be addressed.

First, customer service could be more respectful and attentive. Clear communication and active listening are essential in any business, but I’ve found that requests—such as asking for a well-done pizza—are often not followed through.

Second, the quality of certain menu items, particularly the chicken wings, leaves much to be desired. They tend to be mushy rather than crispy and flavorful, which makes them quite unappetizing.

Most importantly, the handling of “gluten-free” options is a major concern. As someone with celiac disease, I understand that cross-contamination is a risk, but I have had three separate incidents where I became ill due to improper handling. If a restaurant cannot confidently provide a gluten-free option without repeated cross-contamination, then it should not be offered at all. It’s extremely frustrating—and unsafe—for those of us with dietary restrictions to be misled.

Living in a small town, especially during the winter months, makes it difficult to travel far for safe dining options. It would be wonderful to feel confident ordering from a local business without worrying about getting sick. I truly hope to see improvements in both food quality and allergen awareness so that all customers can enjoy a safe and positive experience.

The place is not bad at all.
The pizza is good.
In and out, perfect pizza parlour.
The problem is they are extremely cheap with toppings.
I ordered double ground beef and there was hardly anything on the pizza.
Other than them skimping on toppings the place is pretty good. But that little issue I have with them keeps me from going often.
I still prefer it over Godfathers.
