Bought a sub last September, when I when to eat it 5 mins later it was raw dough and mushy. Employee was rude too and that's all subway cares about. Not that I paid 20 bucks for chicken rancher that i was not eaten. Send pictures in when store wouldnt help. They just ignore me, been going on fornalkost a year.... I get not batting 100 in fast food is common but if it was Tim's McDonald's Wendy's who ever would have made it right with out question... subway this is very disappointing. I've attached pictures, my thumb went through the bread and its gooey....

Worst location I've been to, sub was a soggy mess due to overripe toppings and terrible assembly..excessive moisture from toppings soaked through 2 layers of waxed paper within a ten minute drive home. This is not the first time that this has happened but it will be the last time..offered nothing but to remake it after having to make a 27km round trip back to get it corrected, not to mention 30 minutes of my time and fuel to do it...Will NEVER EVER go to this location again period!

They have one person working by themselves on a Canada Day in a kitchen that’s probably sitting around 35-40 degrees, and it’s super busy. Where are the owners/other workers to help?

Too often the employees have the online ordering disabled, and when it is enabled (the only way to use Subway App Coupons) the orders are often incorrect/cold/or they couldnt make the sub and chose to not tell you until you arrive

The owner is staffing 1 person to build sandwich orders from scratch for up 10 or more customers at a time waits are 30 mins plus to get a sandwich. I walked out the last 2 times i went.

Food always good, but tonight and the past few times I’ve went here, theres been a worker who seems to take her anger out on the customers. It’s quite unpleasant. Nobody loves their job but you step up and put a smile on your face. You don’t raise your voice or get upset with the customers, that’s how you start losing them.

The young man working tonight was excellent! On his own with a borage of patrons. He handled himself professionally, gave excellent service and kept his cool under pressure. Quite amazing!

I honestly can't even believe this girl works here she literally takes 30 mins to make 2 subs there was people walking in and back out the whole time I was there I bet they lost 10 sub sales was sad to see only 1 girl working and worst work ethic on earth squishes the subs and leans over her shirt touches both subs watch it lay right on them guy just looked at me like wow everyone in there was looking at eachother like holy moly in disbelief
Tried to redeem the BOGO CYBER deal Subway is advertising everywhere and how interesting that the store hours were until 1130am on a Saturday online and get the store was open? I paid twice as much of what I should have because of the hours and not letting me redeem the deal.The artist on was good and sub was delicious but in disappointed that they weren't honouring a deal advertised every where because the hours were off?

One of the worst subways I’ve ever been to . I know they are all getting bad but this one is something else . Very rude lady working during the day who’s always miserable and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. Didn’t have air conditioning all summer long and owner wasn’t bothered to fix it . Went in recently on a Saturday night just before 7 o’clock and they told me they ran out of bread ? what subway runs out of bread especially that early in the evening . Save the hassle and headache and some money and make it at home or pick one up from the Foodland ( the lettuce isn’t brown on theirs )
