The staff here is truly exceptional! I’m genuinely impressed by their outstanding service. As a vegetarian, I requested a veggie wrap, and they went above and beyond by preparing rice specially for me so late just to accommodate my meal. It was such a sweet gesture, Kudos to the whole Team💯

I’ve been traveling to Glencoe from London quite often for work, and today, on October 29, I decided to stop by the Tim Hortons here for a habanero wrap. I have to say, out of all the other Tim Hortons I’ve tried, this location makes the best wrap! They prepare it exactly how it’s supposed to be made—fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant is also very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!

Recently renovated, thought things would be different. Still has horrible service. Tried to order a pizza & ice Capps they couldn’t do either and I still had to wait 10 min for my lunch. I counted 8 people that I could see & I was the only one inside waiting. Still the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. Owners response is the exact same copy paste answer as every other bad review….. shows how much they care

Wow!! Wonderful experience! The customer service is impeccable and make sure to leave a tip for Michelle on the weekends!!
I always make my coffee and brekki at home now after so many awful experiences here but was in a bind and hit up here for a coffee and cheese croissant . Coffee was burnt and I thought I was given a tea biscuit instead of a croissant . Maybe shrinkflation has got the croissants at hortons too ? Never again

This is the worse Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. Nothing ever works (oven, ice cap machine), they never have donuts, muffins, etc., and they shut off the ovens 2 hours before closing. I’ve waited over 20 minutes in the drive through trapped, with only 6 cars in front of me. Honestly I hope it closes so a new owner can take over and improve it.
