10.75 for 6 fresh to go Jamaican Patties. Very disappointed. Filled with mostly air and bread. If you're going to charge someone almost $2 a Patty you better fill it with meat ? not air. Lady at the front desk taking orders was very ignorant. You pay 5 cents for bag! Time to go back to customer service training and you may get more customer respect!Go to Scarborough to find better places!

Parents brought me here since I live 200 km away and don't have any place to buy Jamaican food. Really wanted some coco bread so my wife could try a patty sandwich with it, so my parents bought a dozen for me. I stayed outside by the car and had a smoke, so can't speak for what it's like inside, but the food will forever be delicious.Being in Markham, you'd be safest in an armoured vehicle; I witnessed three near-accidents in the tiny parking lot at the front of the building in about five minutes.Parking: Tiny parking lot and horrible drivers; if I had brought my landyacht instead of driving with my parents there would definitely be a lot more corpses, disabled vehicles and police there right now.

Patties are not bad, but could definitely use more filling. The pastry is more of a thick pastry, rather than a thin flaky pastry.I'd rather pay a slightly higher price and have more filling, but instead it's mostly pastry rather than filling.Also sucks that you cannot mix and match on a dozen like most patty places allow.Hotfood is also not available, and doesn't seem like there's any plans to bring it back

Has anyone had any tummy aches and bowel movement issues after buying frozen patties recently (2nd week of Jan 2023)? I bought 4 large boxes of frozen patties (24pcs/box) and kept one, and gave the others to family. A week later we confirmed from separate boxes (separate households) that we had the same symptoms after eating the patties (noticeable after a few hours). I called them to see if they would (a) apologize, (b) offer a full refund, and (c) investigate the cause to prevent it from happening again, but instead they said they had no other such complaints and offered to refund two boxes (cash or patties). I don't care about the refund, so I played d*** to stay cool and agreed that I'd pick up the boxes even though I have no intention to do so since I won't be eating their patties again. I told everyone I gave a box to that they should throw them out.They sounded sincere over the phone and took the time out to get back to me, but not owning up and brushing this off isn't acceptable.

I just went in to get some Pattie’s or food and they have all the hot food shutdown, so I went to order Pattie’s which imo is overpriced I get cheaper Pattie’s I’m the city but what’s more upsetting is they sell a half dozen “room temp” for 9.50 but if you want hot Pattie’s it’s 10.75 what kind of scam are you pulling. You just lost all my business. I can get 12 frozen Pattie’s from patty king factory for 7$ and fresh dozen for 11$. Better taste more filling and cheaper.
