It was terrible, got the tea orders wrong, had to go back in. Didnt have any sausage and the bacon looked fake. Wow, won't be coming here again, it was crap. I hope the regional manager sees this, but then he's probably a TFW gaming the system as well.

Drive thru person typed in my order wrong and after I paid and receive the wrong items the staff argued that I got what I paid for. Bad customer service and overall experience.

Every time theat I make this poor decision to take my lunch in this location I'm regretting it, I have half an hour lunch and this employees takes 25 min to make cream cheese bagel while location is empty from customers. NO MORE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Just visited this Tim Hortons close to the highway 404. Almost clean and with new upgrades like the counter. But there was a fly inside the food display counter and on the cookies! There is a glass door to the display counter but wasn’t closed. I guess they don’t close it at all in between customers as they are busy. Still not a good sight for us in a food establishment!
