I tried BeaverTails in Grand Bend and it was such a great experience! The staff were friendly and quick, and the desserts were fresh, warm, and delicious. I had one with cinnamon sugar and another with Nutella and powdered sugar. Both were amazing, not too heavy but so tasty. It’s the perfect treat to enjoy while walking around Grand Bend. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area, definitely worth it!

We drove 25 minutes to get beavertails, food was okay- nothing great tho. i was kind of disgusted by the three young girls there and there poor attitudes to a customer, especially as a customer who tipped them 15%. one girl who was handling cash and then touching food- with no handwashing in between. No gloves on for food handling for any of them.
i got 4 beavertails to bring home, and very politey asked for a box, and then the one girl turned around and snapped at me saying they dont give boxes for regular beavertails only for those with icecream- but there icecream was all melted in there freezers, so why would i want that, and especially when im travelling back home with it?!? Then she starting telling me that they dont have enough boxes.... it made zero sense. If the owner reads this, i would suggest being on top of your inventory, and maybe having a conversation with the girls running and operating your store, as someone who works heavily in the food and service industry- im really disappointed in my experience this evening.
there was also bugs all over the ceiling- gross.
wish i took pictures to back my statements up. health board would have loved to see it!

Finally experienced my very first beaver tail after YEARS of waiting!!! It was everything and more ? I shared the avalanche with my husband. Which first of all was a huge mistake. I should have gotten my own ?. It was AMAZING!! I love that they are made fresh when you order so you always know you’re getting a piping hot one.The two young girls working were so great! They were very nice and so quick with the huge line!A couple fiends also got the frozen lemonades as well & they were so good. Especially the strawberry one!!Highly recommend

This is a cute little quirky place. They do have a bit of patio seating option I suppose too. I tried their brownie and strawberry cheesecake pastry. Both were good but the brownie was just out of the world amazing. The service was good but could have been quicker. The parking situation is little tough because you either have to park on the street or in the lot if you find one.
