We were just at the resturant the server explained the specials in correctly. For the burger special it is just the burger then they charge you 7.50 for fries. Asked if the cheese was processed was told no it was real cheddar came out and it was cheese slices with a frozen patti. The gravy was cold on the poutine. Asked about drink specials and types was told and then charged full price, when I asked about why being charged so much I was shrugged off. The resturant was empty expect for friends and waited over an hr for semi cold food.Do not recommend this resturant.The decor is cool too and matches the temperature of the gravy!

This restaurant is fairly small and if you’re going with a group bigger than 4 I’d suggest trying another more spacious restaurant. I would not recommend ordering their tacos as you can see it’s not very fulfilling and had no flavour it’s 2 tacos and side of chips for $14. I also ordered the fish and chips I liked this better but don’t expect big portions. With that said the lady who took my order was very nice and my food didn’t take long to arrive despite it being busy.

Best Ceaser I've ever had food was dependable a little (but its a pub), nothing knock you socks off, but good. Waitress was awesome, live music was awesome. Wait for food was a little bit longer than ususl. But we had a great time. Our toddler felt welcomed, and had fun with live music too!

So, my wife and I are in GrandBend for a little getaway. We ordered from The Big Kahuna last night and we were fairly impressed with the food. Unfortunately when we got our order we were missing condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo and no napkins. We thought it was just an oversight by both parties and decided to order appetizers from The Big Kahuna. When we called tonight to order. I decided to let them know of the error from the last order and was met with silence. Very Odd. We placed our order for tonight which was a large fry (which we were told it would feed 2 people), an order of garlic bread with cheese and bacon, and deep-fried cauliflower. Sounds awesome right. We had ask for salt and napkins as well. When our order came, we were surprised that the fries were in a small container, which was the same amount we received with order from last night. Not even enough for 2 people. We got our order of garlic bread, which looked ok, and the deep fried cauliflower looked like it was fried again. (!?) Now on top of this we didn't get salt, napkins, or even a condiment for the deep fried cauliflower. We also were charged $9.04 for 5km delivery charge even when the restaurant is just over half of km away, which we were never told about and a charge of $1.20 credit service charge. There was also no itemized charges for the appetizers we ordered. If we would of checked the receipt from the first order we would of questioned it. Both my wife and I feel this is highly over priced for what we received and over charged especially for the delivery fee which we were.never advised about. If we knew about the fee we would of went somewhere else. The Big Kahuna is a wash for us and we will not be ordering from them again.

Worked for scotty in the past went and got 60 worth of food and the nochos were poor to say the leastfirst was told the time it was to be done for pickup and get there and the order was not even started withscott the owner glued to his phone that he never even registeredthe server told him there was an order, 1 1 ounce sour cream and 1 1 ounce salsa and maybe a quarter cup cheese on nochos the size for 6 people, also got a Philly cheese stake and was such a tiny sandwich that a 5 year old would have still been hungry after eating it, the only positive thing was the fries. Was going to work there but my time is worth more than that. I'm a professional cook and the second cook at grand bends biggest resort so I know what I'm doing thes3 guys either don't or just did it because I quit on Scott in the past for wrongful kitchen edicate
