Our food was good as always. We were charged extra for extra butter. Our server hardly spoke to us, she mumbled and she never smiled. Someone else brought our meals to us. The server only came back when we had completed our meal. She did ask if I wanted a coffee refill at that time or dessert. She brought the bill and just put it on the table with the machine without speaking and she walked away.

I visit Chuck's 2 to 3 times a week. Food is great and beer is cold. A special shout-out to Jenn and Summer behind the bar. A very friendly small town bar atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

The young lady that waited on us was phenomenal. Great attitude and treated everyone in the place like they were old friends.

Parking: Parking on the street is free this time of year. There's a municipal parking lot across the street but I'm not sure if it's still paid parking or free.

food was good, fast service half chicken was quite large took some home. Busy place at 6:30pm on a Thursday

Visited Grand Bend to witness a beautiful sunset. While waiting, hubby and I were looking for a place to eat and we found Chuck’s. Been to Chuck’s before but in a different location. We were greeted and seated quickly. The lady server did a wonderful job!
Our orders came in 10-15 minute wait. The Chuck’s burger was huge, hubby said he was happy with it while my veggie burger was okay; just wondering why it was coloured pink inside, seemed undercooked. The lettuce was not fresh, and the pickle, too. There’s an overload of fries, which we brought home. Oh I forgot to mention that there were 3 houseflies hovering around us, which made me lose my appetite.

Food was even worse than I was expecting of a generic, frozen food chain. Service matched the food. The kicker for me was the 3% "Honest to Goodness" on the bill. A Chuck's policy that puts their servers in the position of telling customers what it is and I am sure impacts their tips overall.

I paid an extra 3% for "high quality" food apparently. My flavourless fried chicken sandwich and fries must have missed the memo.

We came here out of desperation, most things on the strip were closed and we won't be back.

We had a wonderful time at chucks. Our server Jen is on the ball and went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. Fast service and good food. Will definitely be returning.

When we arrived, it wasn't busy at all. Our server, Jocelyn, seated us and gave us menus. Over the next 5-10 minutes, she seated 2 more tables. Approximately 15 minutes AFTER seating us, she took the order of the table seated after us, then our order, and the the order of the third table seated, before taking all 3 orders to the kitchen. Our food came out last and had obviously spent some time under a heat lamp as the plate was very hot, the fries were dried out, and there was a skin formed on the dish of gravy. Bottom line, service was terrible. Would not recommend this location.

You guys MUST visit chucks road house and specially try NACHOS with buff chicken too 🤤
