If you are open items should be available to purchase during business hours? Why have hours if you won't serve your main items like a Blizzard until close? Especially on a long weekend. This is very disappointing and poor management.

Kids prepare the treats here so 1 young guy had no idea what he was preparing. I ordered a cupfection and it didn’t have any chocolate syrup. I showed the picture and asked why chocolate syrup is not there when it is clearly displayed in the Menu board. He went in and added little on top and told, “I can’t add so much as shown in the picture but I have added some…”.I have no idea why he can’t add a syrup in an item which definitely has it!!! Now I know why the opposite shop had such a big queue. Not coming back here again when I’m in Grand Bend!

I ordered a pineapple sundae last week, it was tasteless. Price is also higher than other DQs (Sauble beach for example )not sure why. Not at all satisfied.

They have very cheep service, what happens with us, we ordered Blezzerd Cheesecake and Blezzered Oreo,We got the order Blezzerd Cheesecake and Blezzerd Oreo CheesecakeWe told them that is not what we need, we needs one Strawberry Cheesecake and one Oreo,The server there told us that she asked us about the order and we said yes but we didn’t figured out that their Oreo Cheesecake because it is new item, then we clarified that for her but she mentioned that we can’t do anything, so we asked her to speak to the manager, so she surprised us saying I’m the manager and my name is Emaa and I can’t change the orderSo it was really bad experience and very bad and not respectful way of dealing with the customers
