Excellent McDonald’s location. Got the big Arch and it was fresh and delicious. Clean location and excellent customer service, especially from Bobo Ako who was very friendly and courteous.

Disgusting place. Calling the health department to report the place. Staff have no personal hygiene at all. Wear a glove while touching food and clean the place once in a while. Run down operation.

Ordered a big arch and a cup of water. Sat down to eat and looked at the bill and saw I was charged 75 cents for the water which was part carbonated. Seriously that much for water.

Friday morning the 6th. Myself and another customer stood inline between 5 and 10min with no one helping us, would just look and walk away. 2 or 3 of us walked out and went to Tim Horton instead, terrible service

If I could give zero stars, I would . From regularly getting incorrect food orders to serving cold food. Today was the The deciding factor for me…... not only was I met by rude drive through clerks who told me that they could not make me breakfast burritos with no cheese ( because they’re premade ) despite me being lactose intolerant, but when I called the restaurant to discuss with the manager, the general manager was incredibly rude and laughed it off. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant and giving them your business. Understanding that it is the only McDonald’s In the area, I would recommend that you take the extra time to drive to Exeter it’s worth your time.
