Came to get fire wood, the sign by the firewood said SELF SERVE. While we were working on getting the wood into the car some guy in a truck (the owner?) races into the lot and comes out of his truck screaming at us to get off his property and telling us to "go back to wherever you came from" (possibly racist?) felt like my life was at risk, avoid at all costs!!

Avoid this location. Was sworn and yelled at by a random man who claimed to work there. He seemed drunk or high, which is even worse as he was driving around in a Tacoma. Spend your money elsewhere, there's plenty of better shops down the road.

We’ve been going to Shivers n Shakes for years and know that it’s a reliable place to get wood when staying at the Pinery. In the summertime a great spot to stop for a game of mini golf and ice cream ?
Heavy intoxicated owner. Stay away if you have small children, randomly yelling at customers for no reason. Went for firewood and was yelled at by intoxicated owner. Would not recommend, many other places on the same road for a better price and experience.
