Small portion of ice cream. They were out of half of the flavours we asked for as well. The employee was emotionless and slow. I would recommend going elsewhere.

1 person working, dinner time on a busy hot Wednesday night. Cannot believe the downfall of this place. Deep fried fries are frozen and battered, battered pickerel not fully cooked through. Nowhere to sit, awful experience and avoid at all costs.

This place has gone majorly downhill in recent years .. only two people working today on a very busy long weekend — food took ages and it was very low quality frozen chicken fingers that was fried in very old oil and frozen burger patties .. furthermore when I ordered ice cream my total was almost double what my father in law paid for the exact same order and when I questioned the server she swore that we had ordered different sizes when we very clearly did not .. Total scam avoid at all costs

1 person working here on a hot Sunday afternoon. Us and 4 other patrons waited 30+ minutes for our orders. All we ordered was a chicken wrap and chicken fingers. Chicken fingers were essentially store boxed Jane’s chicken fingers for both orders. Do not recommend.

The hot dog is boiled, takes forever to come out, and is COLD on the inside. $6 too much!

Terrible. It was 30 minutes to get fries and corn dogs in the middle of the afternoon with just two other customers also waiting. Do you guys have salt? Uh let me look.... only to find the corndogs were cold inside. Stay away.

Racist bar. Tried to go in and they said my one Asian friend was “too drunk” when he hadn’t even had a drink yet. Great vibe in 2025. Good for you man.

Went for fries but this is not the place it used to be. Fries used to be real homemade, but now are frozen, breaded fries. So disappointing!

Overpriced - in mid September - $16 for chicken strips with fries - take out. The strips - Costco's frozen ones taste better, barely edible. Fries - they should be jailed for selling them as food. Historically speaking - from the previous day, if not from the day before, this is the way they looked. Too salty to be edible - it tasted like someone dropped a full salter content in them accidentally. Itsy-bitsy portion. Did not expected miracles in a stand like this, but hey, this was a disaster. Never again.

I love this restaurant on the strip. The paintings on the walls are so fun to look at. I split a large fry with my fiancé and it was massive. He said there was too much seasoning on the fries which made them too salty, but I loved them. Definitely a good value for money?

We came here and ordered fries, poutines, chicken burger and chicken strips. Adults and kids were all happy with our orders. Food came out at a good time!

Been going to Cheryl Anns for many years. Very busy today but decided the wait for the fries would be worth it, i couldn't have been more wrong!! Not fresh cut fries like they used to have but store bought greasy fries...my hot dog was good other than the bun, half was hard the other half was so soggy i couldn't eat it. The bottled pop for $4 seemed flat looked at the expiry date it was over a year expired. Disappointed doesn't cover it, sadly won't be back!! No where to sit was also a huge negative!!
