My sandwich was good but the soup was not hot. The fish and chips was good but size of the fish was small considering the price. The restaurant was packed and the server did say this was unexpected so perhaps that explains the cool soup.

As good as the food was, the service was far and away the best part of my breakfast experience. The servers were polite, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable of menu-related topics. Pat, Leanne, Calum, Ethan and co. went above and beyond. The Lake Hound deserves your business!!

Do not come here unless you’re prepared to wait an hour or more just to be seated. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to manage seating properly, which made the wait unnecessarily long. Instead of adjusting or communicating clearly, guests were seated out of order. It was especially difficult with a toddler having to wait through such chaos. On top of that, the menu is very limited and comes off as more pretentious than appealing. Overall, extremely disappointing experience and absolutely unacceptable.
