I recently stopped by the Tim Hortons in Grand Bend with my kids and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. During the busy time I was there , the store owner was on the floor helping his staff to speed things up. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed, just the way I like it. The breakfast sandwich was cooked to perfection and hit the spot. My kids were pleasantly pleased with their cold drinks as well. The location in Grand Bend was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable visit. I appreciate the consistent quality and always friendly service that this Tim Hortons provides. The staff always greet me with smiles on their faces. This location exceeded my expectations.

Service here was great. Interior was clean even though it was busy and lots of people leaving messes. Front counter moved much quicker than most other stores I’ve been to despite the crowd too. Great experience, would definitely come back.

Made my drinks good except for the fruit quencher. Almost the whole cup was just filled with ice. Way too much ice and couldn't enjoy the drink. Everything else was good.

Breakfast sandwich’s were so Cold, it felt like was in a fridge. Muffin tasted awful even though it’s my regular muffin. Iced coffee tasted like trash. When I told them my name for order they laughed at my name. Never going there again
