I love grand bend tims, it's always welcoming and respectful and if anything is accidentally made wrong they are more then happy to make it right, the staff, managers, and supervisors are going a great job. I will be definitely happy to come back anytime

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Woman at the drive-thru was rude and short. My coffee was not made correctly and I had both the manager as well and the window attendant yelling at us through the window, when we mentioned that the vanilla shot in my coffee that we paid for was not in it. The manager yelling at my husband “ you’re wrong dude.” NEVER in my life have I experienced anyone so argumentative at Tim Hortons. Staff at this location should not be working with the public.

I've been to a lot of Tim Horton's over the years, but never have I received such care and service as I did when Justina served me. I could include my stays at five star resorts and the statement stand. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything right, all in response to my expression. She inquired, and without hesitation went out of her way to make it better, with a smile and without a hint of the pressures on her. Absolutely TOP NOTCH. (I was the guy that didn't know what an Ice Cap was called, and I hope I am getting you name right!!!)
The owner needs to promote her before she realizes her talents are better suited to fine dining or premiere resorts! What a star! ⭐✨ ⭐

Compared to the lazy and tired Tim Hortons of the GTA, my experience at this Grand Bend location was quite refreshing. Ordered a breakfast farmers wrap that was actually large and hearty, just as the brand intended. Food served hot and seemingly fresh. Keep it up. Only negative of this location is the poor parking lot configuration that leaves drivers confused and leads to a pile up at the car entrance of the site.

Very disappointed with the hygiene at this Tim Hortons. I saw a housefly sitting directly on one of the donuts in the display shelf during my visit yesterday.
This is extremely unhygienic and concerning for a food establishment. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness. I won’t be returning to this location until then.
The staff here deal with so much during the summer but always offer great service. Thank you for always doing a great job.

The staff at this Tim Hortons are my favorite in all of Grand Bend. They’re incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely engaging with customers. They work hard to ensure every order is hot and fresh. Please treat them with kindness and consider tipping—they truly deserve it. Highly recommended!
