2 weeks ago I went thru drive thru got a plain donut and someone's nail is in donut! Then Friday my husband went thru and ordered a BLT,well egg was on it hes allergic so off to hospital we had to go.he ordered mayo on blt thats why he didn't see egg.i called Brandon at tims he was concerned but what could he do..when these things happen its called bad management, when you hire people who don't understand English this is what happens. Im so disgusted in the finger nail. I will never go to any Tim's again.i have pics of nail and wanna be blt.

Visiting the town and stopped by, when we went inside we were greeted with balloons, cake and happy smiles. The team was celebrating something in a respectful though fun way, offering everyone a slice as they walked in. Couldn't give 5 stars because our iced coffees were sort of blah, though they made up for it with a good breakfast sandwich, overall clean place, friendly staff and would come again.
