I love grand bend tims, it's always welcoming and respectful and if anything is accidentally made wrong they are more then happy to make it right, the staff, managers, and supervisors are going a great job. I will be definitely happy to come back anytime

I've been to a lot of Tim Horton's over the years, but never have I received such care and service as I did when Justina served me. I could include my stays at five star resorts and the statement stand. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything right, all in response to my expression. Compared to the lazy and tired Tim Hortons of the GTA, my experience at this Grand Bend location was quite refreshing. Ordered a breakfast farmers wrap that was actually large and hearty, just as the brand intended. Food served hot and seemingly fresh. Keep it up. Only negative of this location is the poor parking lot configuration that leaves drivers confused and leads to a pile up at the car entrance of the site.
