Had a wonderful time with the family a few nights ago. Was able to take my family of 5 out for dinner and not break my wallet. Need more places like this with such great atmospheres and people.
All in all gonna start going regularly as it is now one of my favourite places to pass the time with some pool or darts and a nice beer(of which there are many option)

I sat on the patio. It could use a make over as it's very basic and not overly inviting. The food was good. But the service was lacking even though the place was dead.

Whenever I want to go out to have something to eat or just have a couple drinks with friends, the Upper Pub and Eatery is the place to come when in Grand Valley. The staff with their excellent service and friendly demeanour make every visit enjoyable. The food is awesome and the weekly entertainment is great. If you have never visited the Upper Pub and Eatery, it is definitely worth coming out to see for yourself.

Date of Visit: Saturday, April 20th, 2024 It is a lovely pub in a cool historic building. We stopped in here after an afternoon of hiking in the area. We ordered Shrimp Quesadilla & Chicken Wings. The food was tasty. The wings were crispy and flavourful - and jumbo.
They have several beers on tap. The atmosphere is cool and taps into the historic charm of the old school building. The prices were reasonable, and the service was good.

We’ve been here a few times now after moving to the area a month ago.
Amazing staff. Had an event in the event space and it was perfect! Large and bright - the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!! Thank you for making my daughters Bridal Party perfect!!

Recently held a surprise 40th birthday party with 40-50 ppl. The private room had lots of space for tables and standing room.
Staff were friendly and you could tell they also enjoyed conversations with their customers.
This was our first time there and we look forward to many more 👍

It's a shame you don't ensure accurate opening hours anywhere online. We had 14 people wanting to stop in and eat today and you were closed. Despite google saying you're open on Sunday, and no mention of being closed on Instagram or Facebook. Very disappointing.

6 of us ate at the Upper Pub and the food was great. Had great ambience and the entertainment was awesome. Pearce was the entertainer with a lot of Beatles and Elton John. He was great.
we had various burgers and some had Fish and Chips. Food was Great. Would Highly recommend
