Two lovely girls behind the counter. The place seems under staffed because they are the only two I ever see there but I want to say they are amazing. Friendly and quick, handling rushes with ease and finesse. This is by far my favourite location.

Excellent customer service! The manager was so friendly and took the time to ask about my day, when I told her I had an exam she gave me fantastic recommendations for juices that would help me focus. When the trainee made a mistake with the cash the manager kindly corrected her and was overall very polite. Not to mention the drink she recommended was delicious. I will be going back here the service is worth the extra 10mins drive

I just got back from there. The cashier walked away in the middle of my transaction, in which I was using my AmEx. It was declined. So, I re-tried the sale myself with my debit card since she was nowhere to be found. The sale went through. Then she said it didn't go through and I had to pay again. I explained what happened but she assured me it didn't go through. So I paid a second time with my debit. I swear it went through the first time so I checked my bank and sure enough I paid twice for one smoothie. I showed her but she would not give me my money back. I was holding up a line over this, so I just left. I am so disappointed. Had she just stayed the extra 30 seconds at the cash to finish the transaction, this would never have happened.
