Ice cream is amazing. Pretty much all thst is needed. Staff are always willing to make accommodations or swap products. Always friendly and courteous.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs with parking just outside the door. No steps perfect foe anyone with mobility devices

Hi have to say I’m very disappointed. I went in a week ago now. I ordered a blizzard but didn’t take a bite until I got to my location as I was driving. When I got there (5minute) drive I was disgusted with the taste. Something wasn’t right so I immediately called the store, the young lady that took my call was very kind and understandable. Unfortunately they’re wasn’t anything she can do until she spoke with the owners. She took my name and number and told me I will receive a call from them in a couple of days as they(owners) were out of town and to keep my blizzard. I have done all of the above and have never received a call back or offered a replacement.I’m very disappointed ☹️From now on I will stick to the location closest to my home which is in the valley.
