Totally gone downhill, not like it used to be. This place was a Sudbury staple, come on guys your reputation is on the line here. Chicken on the bun? We had like 6 or 8 small shaved pieces and the fries were rock hard and dry. The cashier was not friendly at all. I doubt I'll ever go back.

First time trying deluxe, And I have no idea what the reviews are about. This is like bottom barrel food. The gravy has chunks in it, And taste like water somehow. The fries are basically white and the burger is barely cooked too. I'm sure other menu items are good. But for having hamburgers in the name this was a huge let down. They hardly have any toppings for your burger too! I'll be stopping at McDonald's before i go home

Got a bacon cheeseburger and poutine, and a milkshake. I don't know if this is a regular thing, but the fries tasted absolutely rancid. They were fresh but tasted like something died in the fryer oil. I think the oil must have been super old, idk what else would give it that taste. The milkshake was ok, but just sweetened milk and ice really (not my favorite). The burger was meh. It's edible, but... if you've got other choices...

How is this place even in business. The most plain tasteless food I've had. 8 bucks for a gas station/convenience store patty and a pop. They don't even have pickles, mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. The cheese was still cold. People of sudbury have literally no taste for good food.

Got my usual chicken on a bun dinner. IMO best item on the menu. But everything else is still good if you like greasy fast food. It's always busy there during lunch, so best bet is to call your order in before you get there.
Been going here since I was a kid. They've changed ownership, but still great food and service. Staff are very friendly.

Worst costumer service ever. Got my order wrong and refused to make it right. To top it off shorted me my refund after refusing to fix my meal. Customer service of the year!!

A hidden gem in the west end and gatchell area. The food is made with great care and you can even find it in the subtle ways. I ordered dinner for myself, side order chicken on a bun and specified that it was a treat for my best friends. (Dogs) What I received was chicken prepared with a dog in mind. I was not charged the whole price and the chicken was shredded and unseasoned, but still fall apart and delicious
Support this place at all costs. We cannot afford this one to go.

As usual DELUXE on Lorne Street is Amazing, they do my fries the way that I want them because of Medical reasons!

stopped in here and Had a breakfast sandwich. The staff was great you could actually have a conversation with them and not feel as if you were prying. They allowed me to sit and actually have a few coffees prior to order my meal which was great. Will be going here from now on when im in town.
