We ordered take-out via skip the dishes.I ordered a tikka bowl. Every protein that you add required an addition of money. The picture advertised in the menus show a protein, but no mention of protein in the actual bowls in the descriptions. A bowl is approximately $11 or so but after you are a protein, it adds at least $3.00-$4.50.A bowl can end up costing $15.I added falaffel and got a few tiny balls of premade falafel balls. The other ingredients were plentiful. The bowl was full.The taste is mediocre for what you get. There was definately not enough sauce. It was very very dry. I would ask for additional sauce if dining in. It would have been much more enjoyable if the appropriate amount of sauce. However, overall, I feel the cost is too high for what you get. This is not filling enough for someone who eats a lot. But the portion is fine for a regular eater.

This location has been good to me in the past, but my most recent visit has put me off of Freshii for months, maybe indefinitely.Pangoa bowl was filled insulting low - see for yourself.Lemongrass soup was *entirely missing* rice noodles - see for yourself.But worst was finding a staple halfway into the bowl.It couldn't have gotten there from me removing it from the bag, given how it was covered as I removed it.Didn't stir the bowl either, as I ate, so encountering the staple partway through means it must have gotten in during food prep.Freshii should count themselves fortunate I didn't swallow the staple ...Whoever made messed up this bad clearly does not care about their job - or food safety.

Wayyyy to much rice and cheaped out on the rest. They never gave me double chicken even when i paid for it...

Followed the times on their website… only to be met with a “closed for maintenance” sign. So disappointed and updating your website with closures would be helpful.
