I had to go to Sudbury for an appointment. My daughter came with me. We were hungry for chicken so came here. I stayed in car and she ran in to get us chicken, fries and a drink. She came out very upset and with only a portion of our order. They were out of parts of our order and had no condiments. I need ketchup with my fries or I cannot eat them. My daughter wanted her money back as she paid for everything before they told her what portions of our order were unavailable. They would not refund her for the order and called her names. I went in and before I could even speak she was yelling at me and telling me she would not refund us. I went outside shaking as I hated that they stole our money. We called the cops and found out they did too. The cops came to let us know that it was considered shorting us in food. It was more than that. They said they do not get involved in these things and we needed to call corporate. We did and they did nothing. We asked for the manager and this was the manager doing this. I was both upset and hungry all the way home. We were stolen from and abused and attacked and they got away with it. This was a few years ago and it still bothers me.

A decent lunch for decent prices, Deals pop up and that's great. Very small staff I feel bad for them when school season goes on as it's swamped.
