Today is the same issue..Closed 15 min before.Says no coffee and everything.. It's so hurtful... Always closed 15/20 min before... Not Acceptable from this famous food chain..

The woman serving us was cleaning table, which was not a problem at all. She went from using cleaning chemicals on tables, back behind the counter where she rinsed her hands in the pop fountain. First of all, that's a pop fountain not a sink and where is the soap? The chemicals are still there. She then proceeded to try and grab our food, when we asked her to leave it in the bag she got mad and at us and stormed off.

Awful customer service. Waited 20-30 minutes to get served at the register because one of the self-serve debit machines was down. As orders kept piling up from the one-working self serve side, my wait just kept getting longer and longer. The workers look at you and then walk away.
