For the first time i got the bun burned in MC Donald's, I had eaten lots of other branches but this branch first time and hopefully last time and French fries salt less and not properly fried. And they took 17 minutes to serve the order

Constantly missing items, canโt understand what youโre asking for (recently tried ordering the Ramen Shaker fries, but as a large instead of a medium fry. It took two people to figure out what we were asking for, and still only added one to the order instead of the two that were requested. The food sucks, half the time the pop is watered down, and is now so expensive youโre better off getting some groceries for the same price!

The staffs were very rude. We went to this restaurant for MC flurry. The self service kiosk didn't work. So we went to the front counter.There was nobody but one staff in the dining room. And he was just looking at us and doing nothing but keeping us waiting. Then I went behind the counter to see if there is anyone can serve us. And he said you can't enter there. Then another staff came out but ignored us and asked the staff in the dining room what happened. And he said next time if there is nobody at the front we should do nothing but waiting.
