This visit reminded me of how McDonalds used to be, the workers here took pride in the making of my food it was the most beautiful Big Mac I’ve ever seen. It looked right out of the screen. The service was great. They were efficient, kind, and clean. Thank you for your hard work. Keep it up.

Doordash driver here i Waited there 25 mins for small order and they dont prorotize who came first for delivery i had to wait and pick up order at very last and they made order for 3 drivers that came after me totally unreal

I ordered a spicy egg hash brown wrap without egg this morning. As I am allergic to pork and I can't eat it due to some religious reasons. They gave me sausage and egg wrap. And not only they made the wrap wrong , but they were very casual about it, like it's their habit of making wrong orders. When I confronted them, they showed no remorse and they were not bothered at all. It was the worst morning. I threw up twice and I had to visit a doctor.. I would strongly suggest to train your staff and even managers correctly and teach them some customer service..

Slow service no one is ever at the front counter. 5 people waiting for food which should take less time.

When they don’t display what you order on the screen and then you as the customer get the dirty look from the staff member who took your order. I offered to pay for the large and asked you to discard of the medium. I don’t know why the dirty look was necessary.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. I ordered a Coke but was given a Root Beer. When I told the staff member (Manreet) about the mistake, instead of handling it properly, she went to the back and started talking badly about me in Hindi—assuming I wouldn’t understand. She falsely claimed that I had finished the drink and then came to ask for a replacement, which was completely untrue. The drink was full, and when I asked if she wanted me to return it or throw it away, she told me to dump it. She didn’t bother to check, and she never apologized for the mistake. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.

For the smarty McFlurry I had to mix it because they didn't mix it and then for the Sunday they didn't add enough chocolate to it I really did not enjoyed this experience

When we do make order to be served at table number why are they shouting number to come to pick up. Please if you only want to have customer come to pickup the order at counter then remove the option of table number. Also trays are not clean so had given the orders in bag.

Food was just sad. Got the jalapeno quarter pounder and only had 1 small slice of jalapeno and a dab of sauce
Not that clean and they didn't have a lot on the menu specifically the Shamrock Shake. It's small also. They service took forever even though there weren't many in line.
