Mr. Sub over the other guys any day!
Mr. Sub is a place where I enjoy the food as it has a vast menu however the service is extremely slow at the Sudbury mall location. The system needs to be improved to manage multiple orders. One person working during peak hours.
Order canceled 1 hour before closing.
I have went twice this month and both times were awesome! Each time I went it a was a guy named (aj/ahmeer- I didn't quite hear him say his name) and both times he has impressed me. His customer service skills rock and he is so kind and asks every needed question. Overall a very pleasant visit.

When I asked if they could put my sub in the toaster I was told that all they had was the press when I look at said press, it was a cheap 40$ panini press. The worker flipped the sub around in the panini press multiple time to heat up the sub. I know it's crackhead downtown but we don't need to act like it either (I saw 2 drug deal while driving near the rainbow mall so yes crackhead downtown) I will never set foot in that empty sad excuse of a mall. AVOID!!

Always good, always fresh so far. Great selection and not like subway...staff was coherent and friendly. Recommend for a quick bite to eat. Wish the hours would be a bit longer. Other than that quite happy with the food.
Parking: Located on Elm Street or St-Anes road.Or upstairs parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Main floor of Elm Street Place.

Didn’t know I’d get less chipotle by asking for some chipotle and a whole bunch of Italian when I ask for “a little bit of Italian please” the young lady very bitter as well. Soaked my whole sandwhich and paper for the sub to the point it was leaking out the whole time while eating it. On top of this all I couldn’t pack a lunch in the morning before my appointment so I stopped to get a sub. Unfortunately I’m not rich and don’t like to waste so I had to try and eat what was there it tasted disgusting and purely like vinegar. Worst customer service I’ve ever had and horrible tasting food because of it.
This was the worse sub I have ever had. I didn’t know a “little bit of sauce” is enough to drench the whole papers it’s wrapped in. Lady working there didn’t seem friendly at all either. She put more a okay amount of chipotle on my sub because I asked “can I get chipotle please” then for the Italian I asked “just a little bit of Italian please.” This was ridiculous and horrible customer service.
Workers are so nice and amazing!! So kind!!!
Terrible place , don’t waste your time , sign says 10 am open no one there and told they’ll open at 11 today ! Horrible business management !! Bb
