The food is so good! The guy who served us (the owner?) took the time to explain a lot of the menu to us, including that there's a whole separate menu from the Kerala region, which we ended up ordering from. I can't remember what it's called but I had a chicken curry that's made with coconut milk with porotta (a flaky delicious flatbread), it was delish. He also gave us a free ginger-lime drink and also some biryani rice to try, and a spicy chai tea, all were really yummy. 100% would recommend, I will be back often

Went here yesterday for dinner and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

There was no staff at the front—we stood around for 6–7 minutes before someone finally showed up, handed us menus, and walked away. Zero service, zero attention.

We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Kadai, and Butter Naan. The food was honestly terrible. The biryani came with a raita that looked like plain water with a few cucumber chunks floating in it. And then the bill showed the biryani at $20.99, even though the menu clearly listed it as $18.99. When I asked about it, the staff had no proper answer and just said they’d “call the owner” and maybe refund. It wasn’t tax either since that was already separate.

It’s not about the $2—I’d have gladly left that as a tip if the service and food were good—but here it felt like a rip-off. On top of that, the staff casually mentioned they “work for someone else there,” which made the whole setup even sketchier.

Bad service, bad food, and shady billing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t ever go back.

Order chicken curry last night, paid 16 bucks to get 4 pieces of wings and no gravy nothing. The container was not empty even half filled. In beginning the food was good but now they are just lossing. Very bad experience, felt robbed for getting four peice of wings for that price.

The food is shit here I ordered butter chicken that was stale so sour had no cream i dont know how they call it butter chicken the naans were like brick my teeth’s are hurting i had to chew them alot to eat and the paneer bhurji really bad stale the dishes were like they were stored for days and served!!! Really bad food don’t eat it

Quality has gone to 0 from 100 . I used to recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Now their quality is totally shit. Ordered food through Uber and packaging was poor , then food was yuck. Ordered butter chicken and it was sour(too much sour). Felt like stale food. Naans are like you are eating bricks. Looks like their business gone well that they have forgotten to take care of quality. Also there is hair on the naans. Paid over 60$ for food. And all I got is 60$ worth of shit.

The food was too spicy that you can’t even taste it; even though I specifically asked if it was spicy and they said they customize it to your taste, so I asked for non-spicy but they did it very spicy. Also, asked if the chicken would be cut up into small pieces or if it would be the full leg for example, they said it would be cut up, but of course it wasn’t. Very disappointing.

Terrible, I don't know whether to blame skip dishes or the restaurant. Total failure, now I'm hungry. Order somewhere else. Too bad, I can't tell you what the food tastes like because they didn't bring me anything. Now the restaurant sends a message, but it's too
late. I've already ate, a sandwich. I originally went to their website to order direct, and it sent my to Skip. I wish the restaurant would only deal direct. Much better that way. But too late now, I'm going to bed.
