Definitely NOT Canada's go to for Shawarma. One trip to Ottawa or Montreal will easily prove that. No fresh vegetables on display. Must order from a screen. Why are they hiding the vegetables? This is not how Shawarma is done.

Wednesday everning.... what an embarrassment to the Osmows flag. Pathetic service by both the manager and 3 female staff. Unfriendly and so flippen arrogant. The entire crew behave like they were doing us a favour. My friends order was incorrect, and the manager and staff insisted continuesly that it was his fault. They eventually gave him his sandwich very reluctantly. Stay away from the Osmows in the south end....... the food is shit. I don't think the owner knows what is happening exactly in his store. However the Osmows on Notre dame and the other one on Lassalle ave , are really nice. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly.

Ordered for national shawarma day! Customized both with extra toppings. Received no toppings on both and no hot sauce on the one that was requested. First time ordering from them and the last time. If you’re not equipped to handle the volume of orders while running a special - probably a good idea not to allow customizations.

The behaviour of the staff, especially the middle-aged Indian gentleman, needs significant improvement. He was using his phone in a relaxed manner and spoke to customers as if he was doing us a favour by taking our orders and letting us eat. When I clearly stated what I wanted, my order was still served incorrectly. When I pointed it out, he was rude and refused to acknowledge his mistake. Instead, he argued and tried to insist that he was right. Although he eventually replaced the fries, his attitude, expression, and overall body language were extremely unprofessional.

I order phily chicken on the rocks, they charged me extra bucks for philly sauce? Does it make sense? Also less chicken and rice quality bad. Very disappointed. Also didn’t ask for toppings. Other osmows has better service ans quality as compared to here. I guess owner needs to pay attention to the food person who preps food.
Osmow’s restaurant which is in Algonquin road had scammed me twice this week. Today I ordered shawarma for pickup at 10:50 and i got a notification at 10:59 that my order is ready. I was right around the corner and reached there in just one minute. Exactly at 11:01pm. And I see the doors were closed and there is no one inside as well. I immediately contacted uber eats and they are saying they can not do anything about it and I was charged the full amount for something I did not even receive. Those restaurant people if they had to close it within a minute and leave , they could have at least called me once or cancel the order or wait till i get there. They just changed the status to order ready and left. Two days back when I ordered the same food for delivery, I ordered a super version which is a bigger size and cost 5$ more and I received regular version and when i called them and enquired them, they denied and said they sent the super one and started speaking as if I was trying to scam them. It’s really frustrating when you come home late night from work where you have worked for 12 hours and order food you can’t afford and ordering bcoz you are too tired to cook and these kind of things happen. This is the worst experience I ever had in Sudbury and the only reason I ordered food from there is because a old guy who works there was very welcoming when i first tried it. I was made aware that this happened to my friends as well from the same restaurant. The food is good, but if you dont want to be scammed by them, then dont order it online, better to go in person.

Ordered takeout to be delivered to HSN. Group order. My first experience not good. I was charged for a side sauce which comes on it but I wanted it on the side. Never received it. Also ordered crispy chicken bites which were $8.99. Disgusting to only get 5 small pieces which isn't even 1/3 of a small breast. I will never order again. I phoned and lady on phone did not give a crap!!! Not worth it at all
