This ignorant lady just lied straight to my face about putting sauce on my order. I arrived home with the worst order!! The worst thing is that she has no respect at all! I was the only one in the store, she seen me and was just talking laughing at the back with her coworker!! Very very rude to talk about customers in foreign language in front of them!!
Shes lucky I left my phone in the car, I would of filmed her and expose!!!!

I always get falafels... They had everything I like and encouraged me to try a new to me sauce. It was divine! Had a great chat with staff and will be back for sure..

This location has been my go to since it essentially opened. They messed up on my order today and after I mentioned it was wrong, none of the 4 individuals working made any effort or attempt to correct my order even though I paid for it …… I’m pretty mind blown at the lack of customer service here suddenly. This made me feel uncomfortable so I simply took the food and left only to open the container to see my chicken shawarma is BURNT. I strongly suggest supporting elsewhere at this point.

My boyfriend got a beef shawarma wrap box last night to go, asking for everything on it except hot peppers and onions. Instead, ALL he got were hot peppers and onions. Huge disappointment.
We get Osmow’s about once a month and it’s usually great, so this really put us off. My Oz box was good, so we shared it, but that wrap was inedible.

Ordered Mondays special that comes with a pop drink. They have a poster that mentions the pop drink. The front guy Named Akash claims to be a manager didn't even honor the pop drink. If it doesn't come with a drink why even have a poster that says it.

Ordered lastnight 2 oz boxes. One with rice which the rice tasted moldy I couldn't even eat it. The oz boxes came with salads, as she was making them i noticed she didnt put dressing on them as I requested extra so I asked if she put dressing. She said no sorry I dont have dressing for this salad... im sorry but why are you selling salads without having dressing available and go also not informing me when I ordered. She also didn't put any garlic sauce on top of the meat. I was basically telling her how to make the meal. Very disappointed when you pay over $50 and 1 you dont have the proper ingredients to make the meal and not to inform the customer. If i didnt notice they would have gave me a plain salad!!, 2 my rice was wasted because it honestly tasted moldy or something was off and 3 telling the employee how to make the meal.
Disappointed, this location is usually my go too but seems its gone down hill.

Everything is delicious!! The only thing is the restaurant usually is dirty and disorganized… I know during rush hours is almost impossible to take care of the space, but you guys should try to clean a little up
