Brampton’s location is OK but this one is horrible. Eating Pizza is like chewing rubber and kind a feel like uncooked. On the top of that, they put very low and less quantity of paneer(topping) on Pizza. Overall very bad experience i will never redo order again from here.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I called to inquire about the pickup special, but the staff member was unhelpful and rude. They were unable to provide any information about pricing or specials and abruptly hung up the phone. He said he is busy, so he can't discuss pick up speacial price over a phone. This is unacceptable behavior, and I will not be ordering from Popular Pizza again.

So unfortunately it’s sad to say the quality has definitely vanished. Ordered two nights in a row and the pizza just didn’t taste fresh both times, slices were sliding around in the box like they’ve been left out on the counter over night. I really enjoyed this place when they first opened… what happened??? Ordered the butter chicken pizza Indian style both nights and each time made me feel unwell.
Ordered masala fries from skip , really dry and disaster , quantity was also less !! Not ordering anything ever again staff doesn’t know any customer service !!
