Came to grab really quick food… the owner was working himself.. upon asking extra sauce he denied it and upon asking the reason he said it company policy and so many other things which doesn’t make sense. Even when I said I don’t mind paying extra for any thing still he was arguing and he said he is worry about his food cost and not the customer.

I recently ordered a veggie bowl at this location and was very disappointed with both the food and service. The amount of sauce provided was insufficient, making the dish dry. When I asked for extra sauce on side, I was told I'd be charged for a tiny container. The owner’s poor attitude made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and feel compelled to share my experience with others. A small act of customer kindness could prevent negative feedback like this.

I ordered on the app. It stole my money!!! They will not help give a number to call or do anything about it!!! They just blame me and my bank. I had proof of the order! Proof of it being removed from my bank and he just said come back Monday! We were visiting out of town. Refused to give name so I could refer to head office!!!Do not read their "response" and assume they remedy or solve the situation. I take my reviews seriously. I always always give a business multiple chances through private communications to remedy the situation. I only leave a negative review if all venues have been exhausted and I feel others should be warned.I had already contacted both the store, this email, the socials and many other venues of communications before making my review.The long and the short of it is. This location does not care about customer service. The man who works there refused to provide one of many possible solutions and refused to provide someone who could. Regardless of how the conversation went they do not care if the app stole your money they weren't going to help in anyway.This is not the first time the app has glitched and in over a year they have yet to fix it. The difference here is the person at the orillia location. Took my information provided the order anyways and kept in contact with me regarding the situation. The male at this sudbury location hung up and basically said too bad you lose.Because of that you should 1. Never go to this location. 2. Never ever use the app. 3. Never expect to talk to a real person but only pretend bots responded the exact same thing to all complaints both on Google, Instagram and FB.

Visited Quesada for a quick dinner tonight. I had the burrito, my husband had the quesadilla, and we shared the queso & chips! All were great! The guys working were very nice too! We’ll be going back!
