The subway artist was rude, there was only two bread options, no sauces and barely a selection of veggies. Very disappointing experience especially with the cost of everything as high as it is, we’re paying a premium for sandwiches and should be able to design them the way we desire.

I will travel from Val Caron to go to this Subway. This is the only subway who has fresh bread every day. I refuse to go to any other location. This location has the freshest ingredients and reminds me of how subway tastes when I was a little kid. Never change Rona subway!

Absolutely horrible service. The older lady and man working there were incredibly unpleasant and acted like they couldn't stand being there. If you hate your job that much, maybe consider working somewhere that doesn't involve interacting with people. Customer service should be about helping and treating people with basic respect—clearly not a priority here.

I’ll regularly come here for lunch, get a chicken teriyaki or a meatball sub with lots of green peppers. Staff make an excellent quality sandwich and great portions size. Lunch team I see are the same people, always very friendly, kind and professional. My favourite subway in the city.

My sub is literally mush, the bread wasn’t cooked properly or something cause of how chewy it is. The meatballs are crunchy when they’re normally soft shouldn’t be, they left out half my order(was through delivery) all I got was my sandwich which was poorly packed. It leaked everywhere and wasn’t closed properly even though they used 3 separate subway papers. There’s a reason I stopped going to this one and sadly I didn’t get to pick location through door dash. Do better

One of the cleanest subways in town. Dined in. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was a lot fresher than many other stores. Will be the one I go to from now on.

This is the Subway store inside the Rona in new Sudbury. Well you would probably get more of a response from the sandwich . The guy serving us was absolutely miserable. We placed our order and it took about 2 minutes just to acknowledge we ordered. I then asked him how long he worked there to see if he was new, just to understand if he was in training and wasn't sure what he was doing. His reply after asking him twice was "I don't know, maybe a month.
Maybe he should try something that doesn't involve dealing with the public.
Because his attitude will definitely have people walking out of the store. Worst service in a long time.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The young man (teenager) was rude, sarcastic and had no business working in the customer service industry. Subway management should be embarrassed to have this kind of representation in their stores.

Normally, I don't issue out 1 star reviews unless its earned. This is from a while ago when it was first released, however I went in to see about purchasing the new foot long cookie. Once I went in a worker came to my aid and asked me what I would like. I make sure to always provide manners and come across in a positive light after working in the food industry for many years. I mentioned that I would like to see about trying the foot long cookie presented in an image where you order. Before he was able to say anything a women (who I presume to be the store and/or shift manager and the only other person there from what I could see) interrupted and mentioned that they were out in a very aggressive tone as if I was being a "problem customer". Initially I just said "oh okay, no problem, nevermind then" and proceeded to walk out. Before I did I felt it right to mention something to her. I turned back and said "Ya kno there was a much nicer way you could have said that!" And walked out. As far as I can tell, the worker was fine, but this women really needs to understand proper customer service. I ended up going to another Subway near Party City to which I inquired about if both locations were under the same ownership which I was told no. Maybe this location should really learn from their counterpart under different and better management. Do not go to this specific location if you wish to be treated with common decency and respect as a customer.

Miserable old lady. Out of steak, out of pizza sauce, out of green peppers and soup. Was only 4 o'clock! Got a 12 inch cold cut for 18 bucks. Bread was soo dry and hard, inedible. What a waste of time an money. Never going there again!

Sunday female server was very abrupt and not friendly. Perhaps she should try to serve customers with a happier disposition as a result of this we will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a pizza sub. It was burnt and I had more bread than pepperoni, sauce and cheese. Normally go to the one on Lasalle and Falconbridge but it’s currently closed. Can’t wait for it to reopen. The subway on Marcus drive sucks.
