Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant has been consistently disappointing when ordering online. Every time I place an order, I’m told it was sent with a driver, but I never receive anything. No one takes the time to verify through the app whether the driver actually picked up the order. This recurring issue shows a lack of proper tracking and customer support, which is very frustrating.

The owner Vikram swung by our dealership at Palladino Mazda and delivered exceptional food and service. All the stuff loved the food, presentation and taste was top notch. Hot coming from the south end, will eat again and do recommend.

I have good experience with the Tahini's. It open 24/7 so anytime I got food from Tahini's. Tahini's is the best option. I had a falafal wrap it's mind blowing with very good presentation. It's far better than Osmow's quality. I highly recommend this place to others and my close friends.

Only one guy is working during busy hours and we have been waiting for 40min after excpected pick up time and this guy was making order's of other customer who came after us and when I asked this guy why this discrimination he told us they were in-store order. Do something.

I’ve eaten from this franchise more than the once and it wouldn’t be first choice. Let’s say the traditional shawarma is the scale. Shelby’s is a 9 or 9.5 Jerusalem Shawarma is a 9 or 9.5 Tahini’s is like a 5-6. It’s ok. Not a saucy, not as flavourful. Lacklustre. Meh

Everything in the kitchen is a mess. I feel very sorry for this young man. You need to place someone here to improve your services. 35 minutes for a single shawarma. What type of management is this?
