While visiting Canada, I finally had the chance to stop by Tim Hortons, and wow I completely understand why it’s such a beloved part of Canadian culture. There’s something so cozy and familiar about it. It’s like if McDonald’s and Dunkin’ Donuts had a baby, but with a distinctly Canadian heart and soul.
Right when I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm, casual atmosphere. It wasn’t just about grabbing food it felt like stepping into a local favorite where people start their mornings, meet up with friends, or take a break from the day. I was also really moved by reading up on Tim Horton’s story learning how this Canadian hockey legend helped create a brand that’s now such a cultural icon made my visit feel even more special.
Now let’s talk about the food: I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and some mini donuts, and every bite hit the spot. The sandwich was perfectly warm, cheesy, and satisfying. The hashbrowns were crisp and golden, not greasy just right. And those mini donuts? Sweet, soft, and totally addictive. Great for sharing (or not!).
But the real star for me was the coffee. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good but it blew me away. Smooth, bold, and full of flavor without being too strong or bitter. Whether you're a regular coffee drinker or just need a pick-me-up, Tim Hortons coffee is absolutely worth trying. I even went back the next day just for the coffee alone!
Tim Hortons isn’t just a fast-food stop it’s a part of the Canadian experience. If you’re visiting from out of town (like I was), don’t miss it. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break, there’s something comforting and memorable about this place that you’ll carry with you long after you leave.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Canada and probably craving their coffee until then!

on 22 June 2025, around 10:00 PM. We had ordered a quencher, but upon tasting it, we noticed it had a different or unusual flavor. When we approached a staff member—a tall girl—to clarify the issue, we were met with a rude and dismissive tone. She appeared to be smiling and joking with another staff member about our concern, and instead of helping, she engaged in arguments with us.
However, I would also like to mention that another female staff member handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.
We hope you take this feedback constructively to improve service and ensure better experiences for customers in the future.

Don't go in to order. They will ignore you until you leave.They must be interested in drive thru business only.
The person who was taking my order was very rude. It appears to be that she doesn't want to work here.
Also, the staff need to try thier own product so they know what they are selling. Got French vanilla and it tasted like hot water. They are getting expensive and quality is getting cheap.

Went for my morning coffee as per usual, ordered an XL Coffee and a muffin and a breakfast wrap, the muffin was grabbed from the display barehanded, the lid for my coffee was put on and secured open flat palmed. The moment I walked in the door to when I got my things, I hadn’t seen this person wash their hands once and that’s after handling money and dealing with three other customers prior to myself. I understand he’s new, but shame on the veteran staff there who know better about cleanliness

Worst customer service ever. We ordered coffee and bagel with slice of cheese but they forgot to give us coffee. And bagel was without cheese. I paid for it but she still didn’t give me cheese slice. She was not even smiling while taking order. It was the worst Tim Hortons ever. Not going there again.
