If you’re a Delivery Driver they won’t even talk to you, turn they’re back on you, making the order way slower than any other store and treat you like you’re garbage. Condescending staff, always saying that they’re not gonna give you deliveries anymore for whatever reason. So if you are gonna order something from any delivery app from this Tim Hortons, be able to wait because they won’t hurry, they start to make the orders AFTER you came to pick it up. Don’t know how to talk ( if eventually is someone talking to you). And one last thing, they’re expecting you to have multiple bags for every bag they have, like it actually don’t cost MONEY to buy one.

One of the tim hortons staff is very much rude and she the old lady didn't know how to speak with customer.
My recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru was less than ideal. The service was incredibly slow, and I'm not sure if it was an isolated incident or the norm. I spent an unusually long time waiting in line, which was frustrating.I hope my next visit will be more efficient and that this was just a one-time occurrence. Tim Hortons usually offers good coffee and snacks, but the wait time in this branch needs attention.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options such as cilantro lime veggie and Habanero veggie but if you are vegan, make sure that they don't put sauce in the wrap when ordering.

The Cedar St Tim Hortons has great muffins and doughnuts. But the Indian staff are very very rude.. they always speak in their language and make fun of people..then they laugh at anybody.. even the other Indian customers.. I noticed they all make fun of people.. very rude people..
