Worst service ever. Impossibly slow. Wasted so much time waiting for food and a simple coffee. Order is often wrong and or the options are limited because they haven’t prepared enough food. Two nights in a row I have attempted to purchase home fries and they didn’t have any. Tonight no chicken. Counters are dirty, staff is unable to accommodate requests. This Tims is a joke and poorly managed.

They are serving expired coffee and cold steep tea over here .staff is talking to eachother the whole time while taking the orders and atmosphere is very bad. It’s just the thing that when u visit the hospital u just have to buy the food from them.

There is no Tim hortons here ?
Purchased a BBQ chicken bowl while waiting for my husband and found a long black hair in it:(Definitely not happy about this..hair nets need to be "A MUST!!!!"
Terrible service, an ex Tim Hortons worker had to tell them how to make my large ice coffee with a double shot of vanilla. I’m surprised on October 12th at 10am I ordered my self 2 sausage English muffins and they gave it to me quickly normally for them to make food it takes 10 minutes at least, it can take them minimum 10 minutes just to make a plan bagel toasted with butter. I would not recommend going there if you are in a hurry.
Incompetent staff who apperantky made my dad's food and gave it to someone else and than took the over 10 minutes to realize we where still waiting no apology was offered either.

Just had the best breakfast wrap ever with sausage, bacon and no sauce. Perfectly and tightly wrapped.

While waiting to be served, I saw a mouse run out from the counter, along the full length of the counter and disappear behind the cash. After reporting it to one of the employees, he appeared highly disinterested. We're talking about a hospital setting here. I reported the matter to Tim Hortons and was assured I would be contacted within 3-5 business days - it is now day 11. Are they also disinterested? Not a lot of good reviews for this location. Add mine to the list.
What are there 6 people working behind the counter and only one on the cash. It took 20 minutes to serve the 5 people in line. Management needs to do something about this service.

Disappointing & extremely slow service. Waited 15 min to place my order with only 9 ppl ahead of me.Purchased lunch for me and a family member and needed to return because they forgot one of my drinks. Upon returning the last cashier scolded me for not wearing my mask. With drink in hand I thought it was obvious that somehow the liquid is required to enter my mouth to carry out its function but evidently this process escaped her understanding. Next time I'll spend my money with an establishment that respects, appreciates and understands their customers needs. As I sit and contemplate what just occurred I question whether her zeal for mask wearing can better be utilized for the benefit of Tim Hortons customers by promoting & fostering a positive purchasing experience rather than generating negative feelings for their customers.Waiting 15 minutes to order? Not receiving whole order?Having to wait to correct order?Being chastised for not wearing mask ?Told you can drink while wearing a mask?Singles out & embarrassed infront of the whole hospital.

Worst service at a TH's ever! 5th in line and a 25 min+ wait for a toasted bagel (ended up with the wrong type), pastry, coffee & water. Ridiculous. A lady ahead of us waited longer for a wrap and ended up with a bowl. I'd definately go to a drive through and bring it in next time
