Tim hortons at the cancer centre in sudbury has only one staff at all times and takes about 20 mins to get a coffee. Just today I was refused services because the only worker was unable to make food. This is the third time this has happend. A lot of our patients going through chemo therapy rely on food for nutrition during their day long appointments. They are unwell and I see them struggling to stand in line as it moves VERY slowly and they give up because they've become too weak. I've addressed this concern before. I feel as though the hospital is trying more to profit from tim hortons rather than give us a service. The staff and patients are begging you to address this concern with HSN. We find its inhumain for the individual working all foods (if available) and complicated drinks (if not just a simple coffee) to take on by themselves. It's giving your business a really bad name. The food and the place itself are good, but the service I experienced was terrible. One of the employees was so rude to me.even his facial expressions felt abusive. When I was just picking up my food, his attitude and the way he looked at me were extremely harsh and disrespectful. Everything else was fine, but I truly hope I never have to deal with him again.

Rude. They always talking crap about others their own language thanks for the translator apps you can pick up the language. lol I even found a bug in my drink. I had a feeling something was up and then I poured it out and what do you know. A bug came sliding on out. Sooo Nasty š¤® I will never drink or eat here again. I had a hard time before just watching the flys land on the bread for chilli. I will stick the cafeteria for now where itās more sanitary and clean. No customer service skills just another day here in Canada šØš¦

I had an appointment at HSN and decided to go to the Tim Hortons in the lobby for breakfast with my daughter. Ordered a breakfast box (as I have at other locations), without asking they applied Chapple sauce on my entire meal. They should have verified I wanted the sauce since it is very spicy. I was looking for the salt and pepper packets so I asked for some and was told I should have asked for that when I placed my order. Other locations have that available at the pickup Staton. How rude.

I always have too check on my orders to make sure the staff got my order right just because i always tend to get my sandwich not the way i asked for ( just because i now get charged for extra sauce. Staff always cheap on ingredients, always dry ) And make sure to check your receipts! My mom who was in the hospital for a couple of months said that she kept getting overcharged at the Tim Hortons, in The hospital in Sudbury. She always said it Was a daily occurrence of getting overcharged. She was very concerned for the other elderly people throughout the hospital that are getting overcharged and ripped off. So please check your receipts, And always check your orders before you leave this Tim Hortons And would be nice if you guys could also hire local Canadians too instead of having just the one ethnicity working there.

Two nights in a row I have attempted to purchase home fries and they didnāt have any. Tonight no chicken. Counters are dirty, staff is unable to accommodate requests. This Tims is a joke and poorly managed.

They are serving expired coffee and cold steep tea over here .staff is talking to eachother the whole time while taking the orders and atmosphere is very bad. Itās just the thing that when u visit the hospital u just have to buy the food from them.
