Drive thru pick up. The food was ready very quickly and remained hot until I was at my destination.

I've recently gone back to Wendy's and had the worse experience people are extremely rude! They called me a liar when they forgot my dips!
They also denied my 50$ bill this should be illegal as it's canadian currency!

If there is a five or seven minute wait, there is no problem, but they make you wait for a long time, which is not a good thing

Can you please tell your staff to put enough condiments on the burgers? One swipe of mayo isn’t enough to even smell, let alone taste. Also, please tell them to fry the meat patties thoroughly. I don’t like eating pink meat in a burger, it’s gross.
Always enjoy the food here but lately it’s hit or miss. It’s either meat not fried enough or not enough condiments on the burgers. Please, do better!

I filled up this review particularly because of the excellent and consistent service my family has been receiving from the pleasant and professional employee by the employee named Hazel. Everytime she serves us she serves us with high level of customer service, she pays particular attention to her costumers. I once came without my son by the drive thru and she noticed my son was not there, as a customer it's a valuable touch.

the only thing I had an issue with was the washroom on how small it was and how big the gaps are for the door and frame of the divider thats made to give you privacy other then that everything else is Gucci.

We had a mobile order very simple, female worker slammed Window on us after receiving our order no words said. Even if it was a “big order” it is your job to deliver and what was received today was disappointing and will not have us returning. When kindly asking to change our drinks since you’s don’t carry what we had selected she carried a very rude tone and it shouldn’t be “what do you want” it should be “what can I get you” overall won’t be coming back anymore, as a supervisor I understand the importance of customer service and this was just sad do better Wendy’s.
