Had the code to get free chicken nuggets, had 3 meals, they couldn’t scan it or figure out how to use it, so instead of just telling me it doesn’t work they said nothing, slapped on 3 extra meals ontop of my order charged me separate times, 22$ each time, I was certain I knew what happened and sure enough, instead of saying it wasn’t working they just charged me for all of the promo items ontop of all my food, handed me my food, at first I was like whatever it doesn’t matter it’s only 15 ish dollars, I get home (2min away on barrydowne) my tea was made with luke warm tap water, actually it’s still clear, cause it’s not even hot enough to disperse the tea, poutines are all cold legitimately.
Also, Inside smells like a highschool gym change room.
Fast and easy even if ordering inside, the new drink machine is also a major plus.
Really nice girl that served us at the Kingsway location. Inv 6383 July 12. Staff were professional and had a nice atmosphere. I had the apple pecan salad and double cheese burger. Really good burger but suggestion on the salad. Leave out the blue cheese as it overpowers the salad. Tasted no pecans or anything else in it. Overall good experience just won't order that salad again. Lol

I ordered $46 worth of of the krabby Patty meals and the pineapple drink for krabby patties and I was very disappointed in my 5-year-old son was thinking he would have seen something with SpongeBob on the meals like some sort of packaging or wrappings or a bag or anything that showed a SpongeBob for krabby patties but nope there was nothing at all so he was quite disappointed and I would never order that meal again
Ordered combo, they forgot the onion rings. How difficult can it be?

Asked for a cup of water on the side and look at this giant cup with the perfect amount of ice. I feel truly blessed. Service is always polite.

Not sure if the place is under new management, or if they simply stopped caring of the quality of their products/service, but over the last 3 weeks, we’ve had Wendy’s three times. I’m not lying when I say that all 3 times I ordered the wraps, I had 1 of 2 wraps contain a strand of dark brown/black hair, which I’ve had to pull out my mouth. I thought restaurant workers are obliged to wear hair nets, so how the hell can I be getting hair wrapped in my wrap EVERYTIME I’ve ordered in the past 3 weeks? Furthermore, the wraps were wrapped terribly everytime. Whoever does the wraps shouldn’t be in the food industry if that’s the quality of product they deem acceptable. I’m sure a toddler could wrap better than what I’ve received lately.
We’ve let it slide two times, but tonight we decided we’re no longer going to be eating at this location due to lack of food handling/safety standards. Ensure your staff wear hair nets, and wear them properly. Human hair shouldn’t be a part of my meal, let alone three times in a row. Again, I am NOT lying. It’s to the point where I wonder if it’s deliberate. Disgusting. Try a little harder in managing your staff.
