Great food and prices. Had a large pizza last night to take home, and enjoyed it thoroughly. So great to have a take out so close to home, although I do miss the patio. Enjoy the chats with the owner. Great guy.

I would definitely recommend the steaks and the bread ? pop that on a BBQ and you are set!

Amazing fish and chips and quick service. I wish the patio was still open I really miss it. I highly recommend the food. Yummy The only reason for the 4 on the atmosphere is because I was looking forward to a patio sit down and we had to sit looking at traffic out front.

Casse-croûte principalement pour emporter mais avec quand même une dizaine de places assises sous la terrasse. Gyro pour madame, Donair pour moi ( les deux gouteux, généreux et bien garnis) avec une portion de frites à partager ( bien croquantes) et une boisson gazeuse chacun (choix impressionnant). Bien contents d’être arrêtes ici plutôt quand dans une chaîne commerciale à Renfrew.

My favourite pizza! I get the Canadian often and am never disappointed! They are also very quick and always ensure their food is warm when you leave. Example: putting the deep fried cheese curd in as you’re paying to ensure you don’t get cold food. My son also loves the mozzarella sticks!

Great place!!!! Very good people, friendly and hospitable. Fast service, food is delicious and not over priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone driving through, way better than any fast food joint or chip truck, and cheaper.

We were very thankful to owners Derek and Sue for letting us run a successful yard sale in the parking area of Calvyn’s Takeout today. Derek boosted our endeavours by posting photos of some of our offerings on their FB page, and fielding questions from interested buyers; it was very generous just to allow us to set up on his property and commandeer a picnic table let alone help us out with advertising. We have eaten there on several occasions starting before the COVID lockdown, which was very hard on them. They have worked very hard to come back even in the reduced capacity of a take-out service. We always found them to be very friendly; their food is hot and well prepared, service with a smile and very prompt. Today was no exception: we LOVE your deep-fried dills!!
